Ant and Dec fans went into hysterics on Friday night after a viral challenge went completely wrong.
The TV duo, who take to their socials every week to film themselves completing various online challenges, attempted to make the ‘hands in’ video with Dec’s adorable dachshund, Rocky.
The viral TikTok sees people from all over the world filming themselves with their four-legged friends.
When one person puts his hand on another person’s hand in front of his dog, the idea is to see if his dog will put his paw on the hand stack.
However, during Ant and Dec’s recording, Rocky seemed to have missed the memo and refused to put his paw anywhere, instead staring at the two presenters’ hands in complete confusion.

On another attempt, the dog ignored the cue and instead walked straight through the middle of the two friends.
Ant turned to the camera and then joked: “Some time later.”
On a third attempt Rocky turned to Dec and started licking his whole face. He then turned to Ant to make sure he got a few doggie kisses too.
The pair, unable to control themselves, burst into fits of giggles.
On the last attempt, Rocky still refused to raise his paw and instead barked and sniffed at Ant and Dec’s hands.
The Britain’s Got Talent presenters, who share an Instagram account, captioned the video: ‘Rocky was completely unfazed by this challenge…’
Fans took to their comments section to share their thoughts, writing: ‘I’ve never seen such a confused dog,’ ‘Oh my god I almost fainted holding my breath in anticipation,’ ‘This made me tick for hours the laughter’ and ‘An effort I think.’
Other fans wanted to reassure Ant and Dec that it wasn’t just them who couldn’t complete the challenge and that their dog wouldn’t comply either.

The pair couldn’t control themselves and burst into fits of giggles while Little Rocky looked completely baffled by what was going on.
Fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts on how funny they found the video, with some reassuring the hosts that it wasn’t just them
They wrote: ‘We tried it with our dachshunds and they just looked at us like you guys are crazy’ and another said: ‘I did this with my dachshund and she just licked my face instead’.
The hilarious blip comes after Ant, 48, and his wife Anne-Marie, 46, welcomed their son Wilder on May 14.
The Geordie announced the happy news on Instagram the next day when he shared an Instagram photo of him sweetly cradling his son.
He wrote: ‘Born on 14/05/24 at 8:54am. Baby is beautiful, mommy is a legend, sisters are over the moon. Dad is a mess!’.
The baby is Ant’s first, while Anne-Marie has two children, Poppy and Daisy, from her previous marriage.
Ant’s ex-wife Lisa Armstrong has since returned to social media for the first time since the presenter welcomed Wilder.
Ant has two maltipoo dogs Milo and Bumble and Hurley, the Labrador he shares with his ex-wife, Lisa Armstrong.

Ant and Lisa adopted Hurley in 2013 after struggling to have a child of their own.
Ant is said to have refused to hand over full custody of Hurley to his ex during their reported £31million divorce battle, reportedly telling lawyers: ‘She can have everything she wants – except the dog.’
The arrangement resulted in the TV presenter’s driver transporting the dog between the two of them so they didn’t have to see each other.
Anne-Marie reportedly expressed her desire to care for the Lab full-time in February – and friends close to the make-up artist say that desire is stronger than ever following the birth of Ant’s firstborn.
