Ant Anstead stepped out for a game of football on Monday amid the split drama with his ex-wife Christina Hall and his blossoming romance with Renee Zellweger.
The 44-year-old television presenter threw himself into the game with his team – the American affiliate of Southampton FC – putting his personal life aside while giving it his all.
As he ran down the field kicking the ball in the energetic game, he looked concentrated and focused.
He donned his team’s red and white full football kit for the game, complete with black shorts and boots.
The sporting star, who has been in a relationship with actress Renee since 2021, played an aggressive defense as he put everything into the game.

Ant and his semi-pro soccer team, who play in Orange County, California, won the game.
It comes amid the split drama with his ex-wife Christina, which saw her clear things up for people with the wrong impression about her home life on Friday.
The HGTV star, 39, who has a primary residence in Orange County and a second home in Franklin, Tennessee, felt compelled to clarify her living situation on her Instagram stories.
She insisted that people who believed she had “abandoned” or “stolen” her children were prescribing “false info.”
She said, āFor anyone confusedā¦ we do NOT live in Tennesseeā¦ we live in Californiaā¦ we have a second home in Tennessee.
“For all those people who think I left the kids or stole the kids…false info…we just often visit our home away from home.”
Christina – who is married to Joshua Hall – has daughter Taylor El Moussa, 12, and sons Brayden El Moussa, seven, and Hudson, three.
Christina shares Taylor and Brayden with Tarek El Moussa, her first husband, and her son Hudson with Ant – who was her second husband.
She tied the knot with Joshua in 2022, just a year after divorcing Ant in June 2021 and four after the end of her marriage to Tarek.

Tarek is now married to Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa, while Ant has been heavily partnered with Renee Zellweger for nearly two years.
In late 2022, Ant and Christine finally settled their custody battle over Hudson, several months after Ant filed for full custody of the child.
After court-mandated mediation, the former couple agreed to “continue to have joint legal and joint physical custody,” as they previously agreed in June 2021.
The duo, who split in September 2020, are also following a new holiday schedule with “exceptions” to their initial arrangement, according to the website. Page six.
Last week, Ant revealed that he had relinquished the oceanfront Orange County home that served as a sanctuary during his divorce from Christina.
Affectionately dubbed ‘Temple House’ by Ant, the TV presenter sold the cottage in an off-market deal earlier this year after a buyer approached him with an offer, People reported.
“Temple has been sold,” he told the outlet. “It came at the right time, for another property and a change in my personal life that I am very happy about.”
āSo I was like, yeah. I called there and then,ā he added.
He had previously formally listed it for $3.3 million in October 2022 before changing his mind and removing it from the market.
The house also served as a refuge for Ant during his divorce from Christina.
“For me it served as a refuge for that period, and that period is over,” he said.
‘I’m in a fantastic place. I feel very, very blessed to be where I am today, privately. Temple has done its job for that.’
In January, Ant took to Instagram to share a rare glimpse into his romance with actress Renee, 53.
The host of the Wheeler Dealers uploaded a photo with the actress as they enjoyed a night out.
The father-of-three wrote in the caption to his 451,000 followers: “Always pausing for moments of magic under twinkling lights…”
The couple looked more in love than ever as they stared into each other’s eyes.
