Annie Kilner continues to go without her wedding ring as she tucks into a cookie after food shop amid divorce battle with husband Kyle Walker

Annie Kilner was left missing her wedding ring amid her divorce battle with Kyle Walker as she moved out on Friday.

The mother-of-four, who filed for divorce from the 34-year-old footballer in October, treated herself to a tasty biscuit as she stocked up on her weekly shop at Sainsbury’s in Cheshire.

Annie looked effortlessly stylish in a black zip-up sweater and matching figure-hugging leggings.

The WAG wrapped up warm against the cold and rainy weather in a cozy black puffer coat.

Despite being loaded with two bags full of groceries, Annie couldn’t resist enjoying the tasty snack on the way back to her BYD electric car.

As she climbed into the driver’s seat of the £50,000 vehicle, she once again showed off her ringless wedding finger amid her ongoing divorce battle.

Annie has filed for divorce from her footballer husband Kyle because she “just can’t forgive him for what he did to her.”

The Manchester City captain fathered two children with influencer Lauryn Goodman, Kairo, four, and Kinara, 14 months.

And Annie has instructed lawyers to launch legal proceedings as she prepares to fight for half of the Manchester City defender’s £27million fortune.

Annie and Kyle are parents to four sons together: Roman, 12, Riaan, eight, Reign, six, and six-month-old Rezon.

The childhood sweethearts met as teenagers in Sheffield, but the sports star has been embroiled in a series of scandals over the years.

After Annie began legal proceedings for divorce, a source told MailOnline: ‘Things are as bad between them as they have ever been. It wasn’t like a normal marriage.

‘They hardly spoke to each other. She divorces Kyle because she just can’t forgive him for what he did to her. She can’t get over it. She tried.

“Kyle seems to have accepted that it’s over. He has been happier in the last week. As if the weight of the world has fallen from his shoulders.’

The footballer had already been kicked out of his shared home by Annie when Lauryn first revealed she was expecting his baby.

But the couple stayed together and married at Mottram Hall in Cheshire in November 2021 after he proposed with a £250,000 ring.

However, Kyle cheated on Annie again with Lauryn, who became pregnant with their second child – a girl named Kinara who was born last June.

In December, Lauryn texted Annie saying, “Hey, it’s Lauryn. I just wanted to quickly tell you that Kyle is the father of our daughter.”

Annie, who was pregnant with their fourth son at the time, confirmed they had split two weeks later – and Kyle moved into a rented country house near their shared home as he tried to repair their relationship.

He told it The sun at the time: ‘What I did is terrible and I take full responsibility. I made crazy choices and crazy decisions.”

In July, Kyle was praised by a judge for being “sensible, honest and trustworthy” during the family court battle with Lauryn over child support payments.

Lauryn asked the court to order that Kyle pay £14,750 a month in ‘global’ child support for the couple’s two children, as well as tens of thousands for cars, furniture and property maintenance and other costs such as childcare costs.

The sports star opposed some of the demands or argued that they should be reduced. He told the court he was not an ‘open chequebook’ despite earning between £3million and £5million a year.

In his ruling, Judge Edward Hess rejected many of Lauryn’s claims, concluding that she was “not trustworthy” while maintaining that Kyle “acted with dignity and generosity.”

The court heard Lauryn started her legal claim two days after Kinara was born.

Her demands include that Kyle pay for the maintenance of a hydro pool, a gardener at £28 an hour, a car worth up to £70,000 every three years and air conditioning costing around £33,000.

In court, Lauryn justified the need for a £31,200 artificial pitch by claiming Kinara kicked a ball from a crawling position, which could make her a future England footballer, adding: ‘The lionesses are better than the lions.’

But the judge rejected the claim, describing her reasoning as an ‘unjustified leap of evidence’.

Kyle was ordered to pay £12,500 a month in child support – an amount he had offered before the hearing started – and a sum of £5,000 for furniture, compared to Goodman’s initial demand of £20,000.

The England player also had to pay £30,000 for a car to be used by a nanny and other fees.
