A woman’s body was found overnight in a unit in Brisbane, prompting police to declare a crime scene.
Officers were called to an apartment building on Franklin Street in Annerley, south Brisbane, at about 9pm on Thursday evening.
A woman, believed to be 45 years old, was found dead in the unit.
A 53-year-old man, known to the woman, is assisting the police in the investigation.
Police have declared a crime scene and are still investigating the woman’s cause of death.
