Her failed marriage has filled the pages of gossip columns for the past two years.
But now Sydney socialite Annabelle Price is about to become a bride for the second time — and she’s got the ring to prove it.
The 34-year-old ex-model, who made a name for herself by dating the port city’s wealthy financiers, is engaged to investor Tom Fennell, who is 16 years her senior.
Ms Price, who shares two children with her private wealth adviser ex-husband Freddie Blencke, announced her engagement in an Instagram post on Saturday.
She showed off her huge diamond ringas she tags her fiance next to two heart emojis.
Her young husband-to-be, Mr. Fennell, who recently celebrated his 50th birthday with a wild Playboy Mansion-themed soiree, also shared a photo of himself with Ms. Price, alongside the caption, “Happy days, she said yes.”
The news has come as a shock to the tight-knit elites of Sydney’s eastern suburbs, who have been following Ms Price and Mr Fennell’s rollercoaster love life in public for the past few years.
Suffice to say, not everyone is happy with the newly engaged couple.

“Everyone just seems to want to move on as dignified as possible, and now her [Ms Price] shows off her new diamond, even though her new betrothed remains conspicuously absent from her [Instagram] messages,” a well-informed civil society figure told Daily Mail Australia.
The spy added that Ms Price and Mr Fennell’s engagement is just the latest in a series of apparently attention-seeking gestures by the couple.
‘[Her] dramatic weight loss, partying on yachts and Playboy parties… it’s all a bit much,” said the source.
Ms Price made headlines last February when friends said the mother-of-two showed ‘impulsive’ and ‘extraordinary’ behavior following an incident on Mark Taylor’s multimillion dollar One O One superyacht.
She reportedly had an argument with Taylor’s model girlfriend Anna Kedzior over expensive designer sunglasses.
The one-time model and former COS store clerk divorced her ex-husband Freddie Blencke in 2020 after a tumultuous relationship.
Mr Blencke endured three years of hell – but there was some reprieve last year when the businessman was acquitted of assaulting his wife and breaching an AVO.

Before Mr. Blencke and Mrs. Price took time off from their failed marriage, they tied the knot at Maison des Polytechniciens in Paris.
Her new squeeze, Mr. Fennell, is the general manager of investment group Tama Capitol.
He was previously married to charity and newly minted Real Housewives of Sydney star Vanessa Fennell. The former couple also split in 2020 and are now deemed to be divorced.
According to reports, Ms. Price and her two children moved into Mr. Fennell’s Rose Bay apartment in July last year and have been playing happy families ever since.
Mr. Fennell is a descendant of Sir Willian Tyree, the pioneering electrical engineer who founded the transformer company Tyree Industries in a small shop on Parramatta Road, which went on to become the largest company of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and made multi-millionaires of the Tyree Family.
The new engagement has come as a shock to Sydney’s social elites, who have been following Ms Price and Mr Fennell’s rollercoaster love life in public for the past few years. An insider said it was an alarming development in light of Ms Price’s “dramatic weight loss”.
