CES 2025 saw the unveiling of some exciting gaming gear, such as the new Lenovo Legion Go S, the Nvidia RTX 5090 and some tech created to make life a little easier. Anker’s new 140W multi-port wall charger definitely falls into the latter bucket, but I’m still strangely excited about it, especially since it’s already $10 off the price of $89.99 at Amazon.
While Anker makes plenty of wall chargers worth buying, my eyes are on this clever model that places the charging ports on the bottom instead of facing outward so they don’t easily fall out of the socket. You can buy one in silver or black for $79.99 from Amazon when you click the “Apply $10 off coupon” button. product page. The countdown has begun Anker’s website says this deal runs through Sunday, January 12.
You could argue that switching the ports to the bottom makes it more difficult to access (I hear you), but I think the trade-off is worth it. Doing so means the weight of your cables is less likely to pull the charger out of the wall, and the benefits you get from the port swap justify its high cost. It has a display on the front that shows charging speeds and device temperatures per port, so you can have peace of mind that your gadgets are charging as quickly (and safely) as you want.
In terms of specifications, the charger has three USB-C ports, two of which can deliver up to 140W each. Handhelds like the Steam Deck, Asus ROG Ally, and the Nintendo Switch can easily charge at top speeds. Even more power-hungry laptops that charge via USB-C (like a MacBook Pro) can be charged quickly, while other devices connected to this Anker charger recharge their batteries. Anker comes with a 1.5-meter USB-C cable that supports a power throughput of up to 240W, and the charger itself has an 18-month warranty.
