Euphoria star Angus Cloud died of an “accidental overdose” of cocaine, meth and fentanyl.
The 25-year-old was found unconscious at his family home in Oakland, California, on July 31 and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
The Alameda County Coroner’s office said, “Angus Cloud died from a deadly combination of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and more, in what is believed to be an accidental overdose.
‘Angus suffered acute poisoning from the combination of drugs, including benzodiazepine.’
A week before his death, he had traveled to Ireland to bury his father, who died in May after a ‘short battle with cancer’.
The 25-year-old was found unconscious at his family home in Oakland, California, on July 31 and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
His mother Lisa called 911 and said he had suffered a “possible overdose,” and told authorities he had no pulse.
Law enforcement sources say Cloud left no note before his death, according to TMZ.
His mother posted an emotional tribute to her son, who played Fezco O’Neill in the HBO show, saying it was “obviously clear that he had no intention of leaving this world.”
Cloud’s death came two months after his father’s death, with his family suggesting his death may have been a suicide.
Conor Hickey died on May 18, aged 65, after a brief battle with cancer, leaving the actor ‘struggling with grief’.
