Angelina Jolie looked chic in an all-black ensemble as she ventured out for some Christmas shopping in Paris on Sunday.

The 49-year-old actress – currently on location in the French capital as she films new movie Stitches – stepped out in a black wool scarf which she teamed with flared black trousers.

She added inches to her statuesque frame as she donned a pair of suede black platform heels.

To accessorize, Angelina upped the glamor with Celine sunglasses and a black leather quilted handbag.

While shopping, the star was seen stocking up on festive wrapping paper as she left a store in the capital with six rolls.

It comes after Angelina went barefoot on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday after suffering a painful accident the day before.

She made her first late night appearance in more than a decade to talk about her new Netflix film Maria and her Tony-winning production of The Outsiders: A New Musical.

When she made her grand entrance into the studio for a revised version of Dolly Parton’s Jolene, it was immediately noticeable that Angelina wasn’t wearing any shoes.

And presenter Jimmy, 50, was quick to point out her bare feet after sitting down.

“I noticed you’re barefoot,” he commented. “Did you forget your shoes?”

Explaining her outfit choice, Angelina revealed: ‘I broke my toe yesterday and I tried to find a comfortable shoe but I just decided against it.’

“No, you don’t have to wear shoes!” Jimmy exclaimed. “Just be comfortable. We’re just glad you’re here.’

Last month it was announced that the Oscar-winning actress will play the leading role in the film set ‘in the world of high fashion’ in Europe.

The French film is from director Alice Winocour and, according to him, will be shot in both French and English Variety.

Angelina ‘plays the role of filmmaker in the film and is one of three women whose lives will collide during Fashion Week.’
