It comes after Angelina received a satisfying Christmas present: a package of documents from the FBI investigation into the alleged altercation on a plane between her and Brad Pitt, which led to their long and bitter divorce.

It can be revealed that more than 100 pages of the FBI report were ‘reprocessed and delivered’ to Jolie after a court action, arriving on January 4 this year. An additional installment will be with the actress later this month.

Jolie, 47, has been looking for the documents because she says she needs them to get “legal protection” from her 59-year-old ex-husband.

The couple began a romance after co-starring in the film Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2004 and eventually tied the knot in August 2014 at their home in rural France, but their legal union lasted only 25 months.

They have been fighting over custody of their six children ever since, though the two oldest, Maddox and Pax, are no longer minors (the others are Zahara, 17; Shiloh, 16; and Vivienne and Knox, 14).

Jolie appears to be going after Pitt, 59, through an anonymous legal action between ‘Jane Doe’ and the FBI, which investigated an alleged altercation between the couple on a private plane in 2016.

Pitt was accused of pouring red wine and beer on his ex and her children and assaulting them on the plane, he says he denies.

The allegations were investigated by the FBI at the time, but no charges were filed. Details of the incident first emerged in August last year, when a Freedom of Information court filing was made public.

And it’s the documents from the FBI investigation that Jolie has been fighting to get her hands on.

Meanwhile, the dispute over Chateau Miraval, the couple’s jointly owned vineyard in Provence, also continues.

Jolie sold her shares in the winery, famous for its rosés, last year — illegally, according to Pitt. A court date for that dispute has been set for Tuesday.

Drama: Angelina received a satisfying Christmas present: a package of documents from the FBI investigation into the alleged altercation on a plane between her and Brad Pitt, which led to their long and bitter divorce.

It comes after Brad quietly put his Los Feliz compound on the market for around $40 million.

A real estate source confirmed with People that the actor had listed the sprawling property, which features 1.9 acres, a skateboard park, pool, and more.

Pitt decided to get rid of the residence because he is “looking for something smaller” in the Los Angeles area, the source said.

He purchased the original home from Cassandra Peterson of Elvira fame in 1994, paying $1.7 million for the property.

After the initial purchase, Pitt expanded the property by purchasing lots adjacent to the original residence. Today, the complex contains an outdoor pool, a private tennis pavilion, and a skate park, according to Architectural Digest.

The Babylon star lived in the house with his ex-wife and their six children.

Family matters: The former power couple share six children: Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 16, and twins Knox and Vienne, 14.
