McBurnie opened the scoring with a close range header after only 11 minutes played as the game flew off to an electric start in the battle for top spot, before Ahmedhodzic bagged a brace either side of Ndiaye’s strike just after the hour.
In sealing a stunning victory, the Blades secured their sixth consecutive home win in the league, and extended their brilliant record against the Royals, winning 10 of their last 12 meetings and losing just once.Ā
