Andy Reid reveals Taylor Swift baked POP-TARTS for the Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive linemen last season amid her romance with Travis Kelce… but the head coach didn’t get any!

Taylor Swift surprised the Kansas City Chiefs offensive linemen last season by baking them homemade Pop-Tarts, head coach Andy Reid has revealed.

Swift has become the most high-profile member of Chiefs Kingdom since she first showed up at Arrowhead in September to see boyfriend Travis Kelce in action.

The pop megastar returned there a number of times throughout the season as her and Kelce’s relationship went from strength to strength, even attending a few Chiefs games along the way.

And to put the icing on the cake, she was at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas earlier this month to watch her new man become a three-time Super Bowl champion.

However, it looks like Swift isn’t just showing her support for Kelce in the Kansas City locker room.

According to Reid, the singer and songwriter won over some of Travis’ teammates last season by baking Pop-Tarts for them.

“I think it’s a great escape for her,” he told Pro Football Talk about Swift attending Chiefs games. ‘She genuinely enjoys the games.

“Behind the scenes, she likes to cook, so she made these homemade Pop-Tarts for the offensive linemen.

‘So it was over. She knew exactly where to go.”

But has Reid managed to get one?

“No, she didn’t give me one,” he admitted. “And certainly not the offensive lineman!”

Swift was a headline magnet throughout the NFL season and was frequently in the spotlight as she repeatedly cheered Kelce on in the stands.

Reid believes Swift is the most famous woman in the world after the death of British monarch Queen Elizabeth II

Yet Reid insists her presence was not a distraction to his team, while also claiming the 14-time Grammy Award winner fully embraced the team’s spirit despite her dizzying level of fame – which he compared to the late British monarch Queen Elizabeth II .

“I really wasn’t worried about it,” he said of the extra attention Swift brought to the team this season.

‘I knew her father and her mother, good, solid people. I had met her when she was young. She is so grounded for who she is.

‘Since the Queen passed away, she is perhaps the most famous woman in the world. But she’ll take care of it.’
