More than two years ago he bought a dilapidated mansion in Melbourne with his long-time girlfriend Rebecca Harding.
Now rumors are swirling that Lee, 42, and Harding, 33, will film the renovation of their Hawthorne home for a new TV series.
The historic house was built in 1876 on a large plot of land along the Yarra River.
The once grand home, also known as Ravenswood, languished for a decade before Andy bought it for a whopping $8.5 million.
Speaking to The Herald Sun, Andy revealed he was surprised by all the interest in his planned renovation.

“It absolutely blew our minds. I could not believe it. I kind of understand, it’s not about us, it’s about the place. It’s so unique,” he said.
The house’s Instagram page @thebuild_ravenswood currently has 117,000 followers.
Andy added that he and Rebecca, 33, have previously discussed filming the renovation for a series.
According to women’s DayLee’s best friend Hamish Blake, 42, could make a cameo when the renovation is filmed.
It comes after Andy once again had to squash rumors he was marrying girlfriend Rebecca.

The TV presenter made the announcement while responding to a joke from co-star Tom Gleeson, who brought up his much-discussed love life.
“Andy has something to say, he just ran away,” Tom said.
“Stay until the end of the show, if that’s the case…it’s not,” Andy replied.

Andy addressed marriage rumors in July 2023, after years of speculation.
The popular radio presenter referred to the numerous reports during an interview with 9Entertainment together with his co-presenter Hamish.
He laughed off the speculation when asked, saying he “had a lot of secret weddings” with his model girlfriend, 33, who he has been dating since 2014.
