Andy Cohen posed in New York this week with his new wax museum Madame Tussauds. It was almost impossible to tell which one it was.
While the museum is known for its uncanny likenesses of several stars, the new statue of Andy, 56, was a particularly astonishing creation.
To add to the eerie effect, the statue is set in a replica of the set from Andy’s popular talk show Watch What Happens: Live!.
When the statue was unveiled on Thursday, the Real Housewives producer sat in one of the chairs while the wax figure sat in another chair.
But will fans be able to tell which Andy is the real one?

In the striking images, the real Andy Cohen is the bearded man, dressed in a black suit and black tie, while the image himself is clean-shaven and wears a silver tie.
Andy made the distinction clear, rising from his chair and crouching down next to his wax figure, pretending to whisper a gossip into the wax figure’s ear.
During the unveiling ceremony, Andy admitted he was “really shocked” when he first saw his Madame Tussauds statue.
“I mean, that was wild. That was a trip. I’ve seen a lot of shit in my life. This is really something special. This is really cool and I’m really honored,” he said. Extra.
He raved about the level of detail the museum had gone for in creating the wax figure, which is “wearing my old suit and my shoes,” he revealed.
Somewhat shyly, he admitted that the artists in the studio had even managed to capture his cross-eyed look, although he thought they might not have noticed that particular tic.
He said it “feels amazing” and “very surreal” to be recognized for the enormous impact he has had on popular culture over the years.
Andy first announced that he would be getting a wax figure from Madame Tussauds in January on an episode of Watch What Happens: Live.

“This is an incredible honor; I can’t believe it!” the Real Housewives producer exclaimed excitedly. “I can’t wait to meet my wax twin sister.”
To ensure maximum realism, Andy had hundreds of measurements taken and photographs taken during his collaboration with Madame Tussauds.
When the wax figure was announced, the entire process was expected to take about nine months, according to Broadway world.
The artists at Madame Tussauds took such great care in creating the most beautiful waxwork that they added the hairs one by one.
“It was a real pleasure to work with Andy and create his very first wax figure,” said Matthew Clarkson, Marketing Director at Madame Tussauds.
“Many of us know and love Andy, especially when it comes to unraveling the reality drama and spilling the tea. We are over the moon that he is joining Madame Tussauds New York!” Matthew continued.
