Andrew Tate raped and strangled two women before calling them ‘good girl’, court documents allege as ‘victims’ seek £100,000 compensation

Self-confessed misogynist Andrew Tate raped and strangled two women before telling them ‘good girl’, shocking court documents claim.

Toxic influencer Tate, 37, who is under investigation in Romania for rape, sex with a minor and human trafficking, has been named in a 25-page High Court document obtained by MailOnline.

In it, four British women, identified only as AA, BB, CC and DD, describe in harrowing detail the nightmarish ordeal they claim they endured at his hands.

The group is suing Tate in London’s High Court and their claims – which Tate denies and has filed a defense in court – are separate from the claims he and his brother Tristan, plus two other women, are currently facing in the Romanian capital Bucharest.

The British quartet say they were abused and raped between 2013 and 2016, while two worked as webcam girls for Tate and the other two were in a relationship with him.

Three of the women reported Tate to Hertfordshire Police – as some of the attacks allegedly took place in Hitchin, but the Crown Prosecution Service dropped the case in 2019.

Former professional kickboxer and social media influencer Andrew Tate (CL) and his brother Tristan (CR), assisted by their bodyguards and surrounded by journalists, leave the building after a pre-trial hearing for lifting the seizure of assets of the Bucharest District Court, in Bucharest, Romania, September 23, 2024

The women are each claiming £100,000 in damages and say they are traumatized by what happened to them around 2015.

MailOnline has exclusively obtained the details of the claim filed in the High Court, which sets out the quartet’s claims, and it produces shocking results.

It highlights how Tate ‘publicly embraces that men have become weak and lost and that women must be subordinate to them’.

The claim also highlights a controversial 2019 YouTube video Tate made in which he said women choked her so she could barely breathe.

In her claim, AA says she was working as a webcam girl at the Hilton Hotel in Luton in 2015 when she alleged Tate raped her.

She claims that when he attacked her, he strangled her and then whispered “good girl” in her ear.

In a later attack, she claims to have bloodshot eyes, a medical condition known as petechiae that often occurs with strangulation.

One victim claims Tate assaulted her in 2013 when she was 21 years old, telling her, “I’m just trying to decide whether to rape you or not.”

AA also described being threatened with a gun and Tate saying she scared her to death by saying he would post videos of her online.

The statement of claims alleges that AA and BB – who do not say she was raped but instead say she was the victim of unlawful coercive control – was monitored not only by Tate during the webcam work, but also by others close to him .

BB says Tate made her cry by hitting her on the arm, before being very loving, and frequently choked her, sometimes to the point where she almost passed out.

Both women say they contracted chlamydia from him and BB accuses him of manipulating her, monitoring her phone usage and imposing a schedule on her about when she can eat, sleep, get up and when she has to work .

The consequences of not complying were often unpleasant and sometimes violent, she says.

CC alleges that Tate assaulted her in 2013 when she was 21 years old, telling her, “I’m just trying to decide whether to rape you or not.”

She says that during the attack he also told her she was a “good girl” and asked her “who do you belong to?”

She became intensely afraid of him, and he referred to himself as the “mafia” and the “messiah,” convincing her he had been killing people, court documents allege.

The fourth woman, DD, claims Tate attacked and assaulted her after she cooked for him at his apartment around November 2014.

They began having consensual sex before he strangled her, causing her to struggle to breathe before passing out.

About a month later, he asked her to cook him a steak, and while they had sex, he strangled her until she passed out, causing a blood vessel to burst in her eye, she says.

In his 67-page defense, Tate rejected the claims – as did the Romanian investigation – and said the four waited too long to file their complaints.

He emphasizes that both AA and BB were willing webcam workers and that sex between him and both women was consensual.

Tate went on to dismiss the four women’s claims as “lies and nonsense,” adding that the allegations are “without context” and he refuted the claims of asphyxiation.

When contacted by MailOnline, a spokesperson for Tate said: ‘Thank you for contacting us, we will have no comment at this time.’

No date for a hearing was sent and the documents emerged just days after teachers called for better support in dealing with ‘alarming’ misogynistic influencers.
