The Spider-Man favorite, 40, enjoyed a romantic date at the celebrity favorite hotspot with the spiritual mentor, 43.

Wearing a brown sweater with a mint green shirt underneath, the Social Network actor pulled off an effortlessly cool ensemble with navy trousers and a matching bomber jacket.

Meanwhile, the trained psychic opted for a black maxi dress paired with stylish black boots with star embellishments.

Dr Kate made a fashion statement in a chrome gold coat with a floral print and accessorized with an array of necklaces.

Earlier last month it was revealed that Andrew’s beloved girlfriend has put her Welsh country home up for sale so the loved-up couple can spend more time together.

The Golden Globe winner is dating ‘professional witch’ Dr Kate and the pair were recently spotted holding hands in Los Angeles.

But locals have become used to seeing them in the peaceful mid-Wales village where Kate runs a spiritual healing centre.

The actor’s gloss black turbocharged LandRover is often seen parked outside her Grade II listed cottage, which has been put up for sale with a price tag of £420,000.

Kate, who has a PhD in philosophical theology, has told friends in the village that she plans to move back to London to be closer to the Bafta-winning star and for her work.

Local farmer David Evans said: ‘It’s a shame, she hasn’t lived here long, but we will be sad to lose her. I’ve never heard anything bad about her.

‘They were seen in the village church on Sundays and seem to have made many friends.

‘You always know when he’s here because his fancy LandRover is parked outside.

Kate, who describes herself as a philosopher and spiritual mentor, moved to Wales after the pandemic and led a number of retreats from a picturesque cottage, a former school building dating back to 1857.

Older villagers did not know the identity of her mysterious lover, but younger locals recognized him as the star of three Spider-Man films and the war film Hacksaw Ridge.

Another villager said: ‘This must be one of the quietest places in Wales so it’s quite something to see a Hollywood film star here.

‘They seem to be very happy and they always hold hands when you see them together.

‘They have a drink in the local pub right opposite her house, I think they have become quite friendly with the landlord and his wife.’

Kate’s home village is a four-hour drive from London and the journey takes even longer since 20mph speed limits were introduced in Wales.

It’s a far cry from the streets of Los Angeles, where Kate and Andrew were photographed on a double date with Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham in March.

Andrew was born in LA, but moved to his parents’ native Britain at the age of three. He grew up in Surrey, making England his home.

It now appears that Oxford-educated Kate will swap the rural idyll for a life in the fast lane in London and LA.

Her cottage, which has a sauna in the garden, is expected to be busy with locals, who say the Hollywood connections will generate a lot of interest.
