Chaos broke out when Man United goalkeeper André Onana tried to leave the stadium after Cameroon’s 0-0 draw with Zimbabwe in Uganda on Tuesday night.

Uganda has a large United fan base and Onana’s presence in the country has caused a lot of excitement in recent days.

Uganda’s Namboole Stadium will host home qualifiers for neighbouring Zimbabwe after their stadium was deemed to be of poor quality.

That meant United’s loyal fans in Uganda were fully aware that Onana would be playing at the stadium in Kampala on Tuesday night.

He caused a scene when the Cameroon team arrived at Entebbe International Airport on Sunday, with even airport staff and security wanting to take photos.
