Amy Nuttall ‘splits from cheating husband Andrew Buchan for a second time after he failed to stick to the marriage rules she set for him in the wake of his affair’
Amy Nuttall has “divorced for the second time from her cheating husband Andrew Buchan” after he broke the rules of marriage she imposed on him in the wake of his “fling” with Leila Farzad.
The former Emmerdale star, 41, had took the actor, 44, back after his relationship with his co-star, 41, appeared in February — but gave him a list of strict demands to help them rebuild their marriage.
‘Exhausted’ Amy has now taken time off their 11-year marriage for good and kicked him out of the family home they share with their two children.
A source told The sun: ‘It took a lot for Amy to give the marriage another chance, but she thought it was worth the last roll of the dice.
“There’s no indication he’s cheated again, but as far as she’s concerned, it is.”

They added, “She’s clearly gutted, but also accepting that their time together has come to an end.”
In July was Amy pictured without her wedding ring after putting it on Andrew seven strict rules to follow after their reunion.
Amy demanded weekly date nights because they followed the 777 approach, full access to each other’s phones and absolutely no out-of-work contact with co-stars, according to The Sun.
Andrew, who has two children with his wife whom he married in 2012, will also need to keep in touch via FaceTime when he works away.
“No one thought they could come back from this, but Amy has decided to give it one more try,” a source told the publication.
“(Amy) doesn’t want to throw away more than a decade together, but at the same time, she’s far from a wimp.
“They’ll take the 777 approach, which means you go on a date every seven days, get a night away every seven weeks, and take a vacation every seven months as a couple.”
The 777 approach has three rules, and the last is that their work must be on an equal footing, it was reported.

MailOnline has reached out to Amy and Andrew’s representatives for comment.
It comes shortly after Amy reunited with Andrew at their Buckinghamshire home, where he was spotted wearing his wedding ring.
In February this year, it emerged that Andrew had reportedly left his wife of 11 years Amy for his BBC crime drama Better co-star Leila, 41.
But just weeks later, Leila reportedly returned to her husband James Maizels, while Andrew went back to his family, with The Sun reporting that Andrew told a friend, “We’re healing.”
Amy reportedly demanded a divorce from her husband Andrew in March, just weeks after news of their divorce broke, but her wishes are believed to have changed.
A source told the paper: ‘Amy was, understandably, devastated when she learned of the infidelity and wanted a clean break and a fresh start.
“But Andrew got back to her and promised he would change.
“They’ve worked through their issues and are trying to leave the love triangle behind for the sake of their family.”
Andrew also played the role of Mark Latimer in the popular series Broadchurch and since marrying Amy in 2012, the couple had a son in 2015 and now have a daughter.
After being left devastated by her husband’s alleged infidelity, sources told The Sun that Amy took back power following the betrayal, while also claiming that Andrew and Leila had split.

The source said: “She has told him she still wants a divorce, she has been publicly humiliated and the pain is unbearable.
“She thought he was working, when in reality he often spent time in hotels with Leila. Once the truth came out, it was like being hit by a train.”
Andrew is said to have moved out of the family home and moved in with Leila after meeting her while working on the BBC series together.
Leila married her husband James Maizels in 2013 and they have a daughter who was born in 2014.
