The black backless dress featured a mesh neckline around the bustier and showed off her toned legs in the split dress.
In one fell swoop, Amy showed off her crutch as she tossed the wrap dress around for a photo to show off her statement shoes.
She wore a cheerful pair of green pumps with a high strap that wrapped around her leg.

Amy has shown off many outfits during MFW, with her latest outfit at the Coccinelle event with her boyfriend Ed Westwick.
The Gossip Girl actor, 36, and Amy, who have been together for almost two years, were all smiles as they wrapped their arms around each other.
Amy turned heads in the evening in a daring black denim dress with cutouts, a collar and long sleeves.
Ed and Amy are believed to have met at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia in 2021 and the pair started dating in December that year.
A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Ed and Amy are a really good fit. We clicked immediately.
‘Both like to have fun and are career-driven. For now they’re enjoying getting to know each other.’
The couple became Instagram official just ahead of Valentine’s Day 2022, with Amy writing a sweet note to her social media just in time for the occasion.

Amy previously dated hotelier George Panayiotou, with the pair getting engaged in January 2019 and welcoming a son in September.
They broke things off in 2021, before her relationship with Ed began later that year. The model and the hotelier’s son, named Andreas, are now four.
Ed previously dated South African model and influencer Tamara Francesconi for two years before the couple split in 2021.
Amy has starred in a series of Indian films, mainly in the Tamil, Hindi and Telugu languages - after a twist of fate auditioned for a film in London.
