Amy Hart detailed her new approach to her body hang-ups when she admitted to dieting for the past decade.
The former Love Island contestant, 31, who welcomed her son Stanley with her boyfriend Sam Rason in March, explained how she’s been “loosening herself a bit” since giving birth.
In a new interview with Closertold Amy how she’s returned to the gym to be “healthier,” but added how motherhood has taught her to be kinder to herself.
The TV personality has been lauded on social media for confidently showing off her postpartum body in a bikini during her recent vacation.
She told the publication, “I’m going back to the gym. My body has changed so much since having a baby, my breasts don’t look fake anymore, they look like real breasts! My belly is quite big and I have an overhang.’

Amy continued, “I’ve always been really honest about my body. I don’t know if I’ll get back to where I was before, but I just want to be healthier.”
An avid dancer all her life and previously working as a cabin crew and starring in pageants before her stint on Love Island, she revealed how her focus has changed.
“I feel like I’ve been on a physical diet for the past ten years. It’s a balance between giving myself some slack but also focusing on trying to be healthier,” Amy added.
In May, she shared how she was ready to start exercising and eating healthy again.
Taking to her Instagram story, Amy shared a photo from before she was expecting, posing in a black two-piece suit.
Amy shared how she booked her first session at the gym because she said she wanted to look like she did in the throwback snap in 2024.
She wrote in the caption, ‘I’ve booked for my grand return to @davidlloydworthing on June 1st.
This was me at the end of the lockdown when I had eaten very well and exercised regularly. I hope to be somewhere close by September 2024.”

The next story was a recent photo of her posing in a neon pink set as she gave more details about her action plan.
She wrote, “But I’m also aware that I’m older, have had a baby, don’t have unlimited time to work out, and I love going out for dinner and wine.”
“So I’m going to be kind to myself while cooking healthy, balanced meals, moving my body, and still enjoying life to the fullest!”
