Amir Khan puts on a romantic display as he buys wife Faryal Makhdoom a brand new £130,000 Mercedes covered in ribbons and balloons – as ex-BBC presenter claims the ex-boxer ‘made repeated sexual advances on her’

Amir Khan has bought wife Faryal Makhdoom a brand new Mercedes G-Class wrapped in red ribbon in another hint at a reunion after reports they had broken up over a sexting scandal.

The boxer posted a heavily edited video to Instagram in which Khan presented his wife with a large bouquet of red roses before he and his wife drove off in the car, which had red balloons hung from the windows of the new vehicle.

Along with the video, which features slow motion footage of Faryal getting into the car and grabbing the steering wheel, Khan wrote, “Little gift for @faryalmakhdoom. I know how much she loves G cars so I wanted to surprise her. Hope you like it.’

The boxer also thanked Exotic Cars Dubai, which he said was responsible for purchasing the car.

The latest hint at a reunion, following Khan sharing snippets of a cinema trip with Faryal, comes next an ex-BBC presenter accused the boxer of making sexual advances towards her after they appeared together at an event.

Suzi Mann, who has hosted the BBC Asian Network’s Official Asian Music Chart Show, claims she got messages from Khan after they first met in 2016 when she hosted a concert in Manchester.

She said Khan repeatedly messaged her on WhatsApp after their meeting in which he “flirted with her” and “made sexual advances”, which later escalated when he started calling and left her voicemails.

The single mom said she didn’t feel “comfortable” with his messages and that she “remained professional” by choosing not to “entertain” his behavior.

Representatives for Amir Khan told MailOnline that there was ‘not true’ in Ms Mann’s claims.

Suzi Mann posted allegations of Mr Khan’s conduct to her nearly 19,000 followers on Instagram earlier this week.

She said, ‘I first met Amir Khan in 2016 when I hosted Arijit Singh in Manchester!

‘A few days after the concert I started receiving WhatsApp messages from an unknown number, with someone claiming to be Amir Khan!

“I had to ask right away, actor or boxer? Unfortunately it was the latter!

On a more serious note, these messages continued and then I started receiving phone calls and voicemails from Amir Khan himself.

“Now I’ve been in this industry too long not to know when someone is flirting and making sexual advances.

“This was not something I was comfortable with and I chose not to entertain it, but remained professional.

MailOnline has contacted Suzi Mann for comment.

In the video posted to Instagram on Friday, Faryal was not looking at the camera and appeared with a frosty face as she sat in the driver’s seat of the vehicle.

Last week, MailOnline revealed that Amir and Faryal, 31, have split and are reportedly splitting their time between their homes in Dubai and the UK as Faryal decides whether to end their 10-year marriage.

A source close to the Khan family told MailOnline: ‘Faryal is taking time to think about whether or not to run away. She is going through a very difficult time and is choosing to focus on her children while she and Amir continue to co-parent.”

But yesterday, the boxer posted to Snapchat a clip revealing that he was in a private movie theater with his estranged wife and a camera crew, saying, “We just got into the movie theater. It’s a nice little private this.

“Everything else is fine, I just came to the cinema with Faryal and the crew. We’re just chilling and doing our thing.’

Amir, whose marriage has been dogged by a number of cheating allegations, was reported to have contacted a model named Sumaira, 25, on May 6, three days after he was shown to be evicted from the pre-taped I’m A Celebrity… South -Africa .

After he commented on her tattoos on one of Sumaira’s Instagram Stories, she allegedly replied, “I don’t know if you’re kidding.”

Father-of-three Amir replied, “Lol, I mean it. They are sick. (Like) good.’

She later sent him a picture of herself fully clothed but with roses on her midriff, to which he allegedly told her, “Can’t stop looking.”

Khan, whose marriage has been dogged by a number of cheating allegations, is said to have contacted a model named Sumaira (pictured), 25, on May 6.

Seemingly suggesting she send some more, he insisted it was a ‘tattoo chat’, reportedly adding, ‘It’s nothing I haven’t seen b4. . . someone’s body.’

Sumaira then claims that they spoke on the phone in which he tried to explain why he had contacted her by saying that ‘he and Faryal weren’t right for each other and it was a bit of a business arrangement’.

She claims he made up a ‘sob story’, saying he had given up boxing and that Faryal was spending a lot of time in London.

The pair then stopped messaging and he claimed he traveled back to London on May 8.

Khan has admitted that he “regretted” messaging Sumaira revealing that he contacted her out of “boredom” and told The Sun that he would undergo therapy to avoid sexting other women.

Earlier this week, a new woman also claimed she had an affair with the boxer for four months – which only ended when Faryal threatened to ‘name and shame’ her.

The unnamed woman has revealed that the champion fighter admitted his marriage was “on the rocks” and said she slept with him this year after he demanded no-holds-barred sex.

The woman reportedly said that she had met Amir several times, but their affair ended when she received a call from his irate wife.

The pair have been going through a tumultuous time recently after Faryal posted a lengthy statement in response to her husband’s text exchanges with model Sumaira.

Faryal stated that she ‘refuses to play my marriage out in public’, Faryal wrote on Instagram that ‘after a long week of accusations, slander and harassment I have decided it is now time to address the situation that has arisen’.

Faryal described Sumaira’s actions as a “hate campaign” and has denied that she is “responsible for Sumaria’s current mental state.”

Faryal suggested she stand by Amir and went on to say that “the whole world is aware of his track record” and insists that Sumaira must have known he was married when she sent him revealing photos.
