A Manhattan restaurant is offering a $20,000 set meal for two for New Year's Eve, complete with gold-wrapped steak and unlimited Dom Perignon.
Empire Steak House — which has three locations in Midtown — has offered a similar deal for the past decade for $10,000, but has raised its prices this year due to “inflation.” And the eye-watering amount doesn't even include tax or tip.
The special New Year's menu includes caviar, oysters, lobster ravioli and a Wagyu Tomahawk steak covered in 24-karat gold leaf.
Guests will also receive a bottle of Petrus wine from Bordeaux, France, which typically costs between $4,000 and $5,000.

Owner Jack Sinanaj claims there is strong demand for the service, with nearly 100 guests eating the similar $10,000 deal last year.
He told DailyMail.com: 'We have doubled the price because everything is twice as expensive this year. There are people who have the money and are willing to spend it.
“The economy is coming back now and it's New Year's Eve, it's time to celebrate.”
He added that the restaurant specially transports Wagyu beef from Japan by private plane.
When asked what he expected guests to tip, Sinanaj said he would expect a similar tip as for a normal meal: starting at 15 percent of the total bill.
This means guests can expect to pay around $3,000 for a tip alone. Typical clientele usually consists of financiers and bankers, Sinanaj said.
“A couple came on their first date within a year. The man was clearly showing off to impress her,” he told DailyMail.com.

The full menu starts with a 'toast' of Beluga caviar. As an appetizer, guests can choose from a shrimp cocktail, seared sesame tuna, fresh oysters, grilled octopus or crispy fried calamari.
They can then have steak tomato and buffalo mozzarella, mixed vegetables or Caesar salad.
Then there is a pasta course with the option of gnocci with pesto or lobster ravioli. Both are covered with 24-carat gold leaves.
A side of golden Wagyu meatballs in a creamy, golden sauce is also served to guests.
For an appetizer, guests have the choice of steak or grilled Branzino fish, again covered in 24-carat gold leaves.
Side dishes include fries, spinach with cream, fried spinach, fried mushrooms and mashed potatoes, while dessert is a tiramisu or chocolate mousse cake.

They have three restaurants in Manhattan – in Midtown East, Midtown West and Times Square – and another in Singapore.
The family also owns Chazz Palminteri Italian restaurant in White Plains.
If guests don't want to pay for the $20,000 menu, there is a great value set meal of $950 for two people on New Year's Eve.
It is similar, but does not include the Petrus or unlimited champagne. Instead, guests will receive one bottle of Rare Brut Champagne from France.
