A witness at the scene later relayed to observers that they saw Garay stumble towards the edge of the cliff, he said.

The TikTokker’s brother, Carlos Garay, told WTHR that he was on the cliff with his cousin, who repeatedly told him not to get too close to the edge during filming.

“My brother has a TikTok account that he loved to upload videos to,” Carlos reportedly said.

Carlos told the news station that Edgar was found in an underwater cave with massive head injuries from the accident.
