JoJo Siwa bragged about “getting into trouble” while in Australia.
The American dancer and pop star posted on TikTok on Monday a screenshot of an email from a company claiming she had violated her non-disclosure agreement.
An NDA, or non-disclosure agreement, is a contract in which a party agrees not to publicly discuss a certain topic or experience.
“Guess who got in trouble,” she wrote on an image of her smiling and sipping an iced coffee.
The email states that Siwa has “violated the terms for over a week” and “posted multiple times on social media.”
The email also claims that she “has everyone in mind” and that the email is intended to “dry up the appetite for Siwa.”

She wrote in her caption, “It was only a matter of time before I blew it. I’m going back to missing.
It is unclear whether the email was serious or if Siwa is joking about the content of the email or her online activities.
However, she also said to the Daily Telegraph that she “got in trouble” for her social media posts, but did not indicate why.
“I’m not an entertainer, I’m a statement maker,” Siwa said this week.
‘My position at the moment is that sometimes you have to get into trouble. I’m going to get myself in trouble by posting online today’.
Siwa has continued to post her usual content on her various social media platforms, including dance videos and glimpses into her life while visiting Australia.
It comes after Siwa was spotted again with Abbie Chatfield’s best friend Kath Ebbs after the pair were spotted close to Queensland’s Gold Coast last week.
Kath, who describes herself as a ‘queer artist’ and uses they/them pronouns, took to her Instagram on Sunday to share videos of the American singer.

Meanwhile, JoJo visits Australia after a recent heartbreak. She arrived in Sydney last Tuesday for the 2024 TikTok Awards and performed at the ceremony on Wednesday
She taught the former Dance Moms star, 21, how Australians pump petrol during her trip Down Under.
Kath, 27, giggled from her car seat and filmed JoJo as she tried to fill the car with petrol and was stunned to discover she didn’t have to pay for fuel up front.
In the US, where JoJo was born and raised, residents are expected to pay for their fuel before they can fill up their gas tank.
‘I didn’t pay for it. You could just drive away,” said JoJo, bewildered by the reverse process of refueling a car in Australia.
Laughing at JoJo’s shock, Kath replied: “That’s possible, but they have your license plate,” adding that gas stations Down Under use the “honor system.”
Although Kath did not appear on camera, she could be heard in the Stories speaking to Siwa, who was dressed in a black graphic T-shirt and jean shorts.
Hours later, Kath took to Instagram to share a series of photos she recently took of her friends.
In one photo, JoJo was grinning with a glass of water in hand as she posed with Australian pop star G Flip.

It comes after JoJo and Kath were spotted sharing a hot snap on Queensland’s Gold Coast last week.
The American dancer and podcaster seemed very comfortable in each other’s company, with JoJo at one point holding Kath’s face as they giggled together.
JoJo, who is carrying a suitcase, kept it casual in a black hoodie that she wore over her hair, along with black sweatpants.
Meanwhile, Kath opted for a green hoodie with a white print along with blue jeans and also carried a suitcase.
Kath is known to be best friends with fellow podcaster and television presenter Abbie Chatfield.
She regularly appears on Abbie’s social media as the pair party together with their group of friends from Sydney.
Kath hosts the podcast Call Me Kath and owns a health food store called The Smoothie Bowl Shack, located in the inner-city suburb of Glebe.
The artist has also worked as a model and DJ, and has also been described as a queer activist.

Meanwhile, JoJo visits Australia after a recent heartbreak.
She arrived in Sydney last Tuesday for the 2024 TikTok Awards, and FrWednesday during the ceremony.
The rare one-off performance marks her first return Down Under since her Dream tour in January 2020.
‘After four long years it will be great to return to Australia. Since my last visit I even got a kangaroo tattoo,” says JoJo said of her return.
“On TikTok I can connect with fans around the world and share my music with them, and now I can do both in real life with my Australian fans at the TikTok Awards,” she added.
The singer’s trip Down Under for the awards came just days after she confirmed her split from girlfriend Dakayla Wilson.
She shared the news of their divorce last week at the 11th annual American Reality Television Awards, three months after they went public with their romance.
She told me People: ‘We went our separate ways, but she’s a great girl.
‘And I have my own fun holiday plans, and I know she has her family that she spent the holidays with, I’m happy for her that she did [them].’
They first met when JoJo was a judge on Dakayla’s season of So You Think You Can Dance, where she placed second.
Their romance first came to light in August when JoJo accompanied Dakayla to a dance class, with a video of her telling students she had a girlfriend.
JoJo then opened up about her romance with Dakayla and their decision to go public in an interview with LadyGunn Magazine in September.
Ny Breaking Australia has contacted JoJo and Kath for comment.
