With running more popular than ever, the company also predicts that accessories such as running vests, belts, sportswear and wearable technology will sell well.

– Housewares and cooking appliances: With the cost of living making going out expensive, Aussies are turning to at-home entertainment and upgrading their kitchenware too. Sales growth has been seen in popular appliances such as air fryers and slow cookers, and the market is also predicting that mixers and table decorations, tablecloths and placemats will also be popular. One of the best-selling books on Amazon.com.au last year was Recipe Tin Eats founder Nagi Maehasi’s iconic cookbook Dinner: 150 Recipes from Australia, which showcases Australians’ focus on improving their culinary skills.

– Daily essentials: With the weekly shop becoming increasingly expensive, Australians are being savvy when it comes to saving on everyday essentials, with many turning to Amazon for essential items that can be delivered straight to your door.
