Robert McCaffrey shared a video with more than 5,000 of his followers on Instagram in which he took part in a ‘no hands challenge’ at a rock climbing school in Dublin.
Footage shows Robert balancing his body against the wall as he manages to climb the route using only his feet.
The Irish climber manages to perfectly balance his body weight with the help of his legs as he moves up the wall with an incredible performance.
The video has left viewers baffled at how he managed the challenge so effortlessly, with many shocked to believe that such a technique is possible at all.

McCaffrey told Storyful it was created as “a fun challenge” for people to try to go hands-free and that he put his hands behind his back for “extra core/foot work training.”
He said he had “a good laugh” and “benefited from the training aspect.”
He didn’t really give it much thought, though, until he posted it online, where commenters “began to share their surprise.”
He added that the reaction made him realize that “it was quite incredible for non-climbers to imagine” that such a technique is possible.
