Amanda Bynes backtracks and continues on with her podcast just one day after announcing she was pulling the plug on it
Just one day after announcing her podcast was on hiatus – just days after its debut – Amanda Bynes is still moving forward with the project.
The 37-year-old actress launched Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast on December 9, and the debut episode featured tattoo artist Dahlia Moth.
She took to her Instagram Story on Sunday to reveal that the podcast was put on “pause” because she didn't have guests like “Drake or Post Malone” lined up.
“So maybe one day, if we can get those kinds of guests on the show, we'll resume the podcast. But for now, I'm just thinking about it,” she said.
However, just a day later, Bynes took to her Instagram Story on Monday and revealed that she decided to “move on.”

She took to her Instagram Story on Sunday to reveal that the podcast was put on “pause” because she didn't have guests like “Drake or Post Malone” lined up.
“So I wanted to post about how I was feeling last night after I posted that we were pausing the podcast,” Bynes began.
“I was feeling really sad and in a really bad mood because the podcast was something I was actually really looking forward to filming next week,” she added, although she clarified in the caption: “Filming next Friday, not next Friday! '
Bynes continued that the podcast was “something that I was really excited and happy about, so I talked to some friends and they all said we should keep going, so we're going to continue with the podcast.”
She added, “I think podcasts just take time to grow and build a following so I shouldn't have said what I said last night about not getting the kind of guests we were looking forward to because you know but never. , we might get them in the future and the guys we have on the lineup are actually a lot of fun.”
“I'm really looking forward to filming the next episode, and that's about it,” Bynes concluded in the video.
A day earlier, Bynes said, “So even though the podcast is doing really well and the response is great, I'm going to hold off on it for now. We can't get the kind of guests I'd like to have on the show, like Jack Harlow or Drake or Post Malone, for example.”
Ahead of the premiere, she shared on Instagram a film photo of herself, Paul and Dahlia sitting together on a couch and posing with peace signs.
“First episode of Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast done,” Bynes wrote in her caption. “Thanks @dahliamoth!”

The actress announced in late November that she was working on a project: a podcast about the entertainment industry with her biochemist and scientist BFF.
The former Nickelodeon star previously teased the debut and talked about their plans to take their podcast to a 'mainstream' level.
“First we're going to interview our friends and then we hope to make it mainstream and interview celebrities and artists,” she explained in a video.
The podcast series was also made available in video format, marking her first on-camera project since her last film project more than a decade ago: the 2010 romantic comedy Easy A.
