Allura Homes Pty Ltd: Residential building company that specialises in knockdown-rebuilds goes under
A prominent Sydney construction company with 39 residential projects underway has plunged into administration.
Liquidators were appointed to Allura Homes, a residential building firm, on July 24, according to filings with the corporate regulator ASIC.
The business is also known by the names Allura Designer Homes and Urban Link Homes Australia, ASIC said.
The business promoted itself as a knockdown-rebuild specialist (one such instance is above)

The company has been wound up and liquidator Dane Skinner has been appointed.
The business promoted itself as a specialist in knockdown-rebuilds and as having 25 years of experience in construction.
Its Instagram page has been pulled and details about the business removed from its LinkedIn profile.
‘Allura delivers liveable luxury on time, on budget and above expectation,’ promotional material said.
It is the latest in a spate of construction firms to go under, with the industry under pressure due the rising cost of building costs, inflation and interest rate pressure.
