Allison Holker’s teenage daughter Weslie has come to her defense amid the backlash she is facing for asking mourners to sign a non-disclosure agreement at husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ funeral following his suicide in 2022.
Weslie, 16, took to Instagram Live on Friday to address the cyberbullying she and her 36-year-old mother – who has a new boyfriend – have suffered.
“My stepfather has been gone for two years and I still get hate comments,” she said in a video that is now on her profile.
Regarding the NDAs in her social media video, Weslie said, “Y’all love to argue about the NDAs. But one day we had an open casket viewing for Stephen.
“We had a funeral, and then we had a week, and my mother asked to sign non-disclosure agreements when we saw Stephen’s body, because God forbid anyone who went there took a picture of Stephen and put it on the Internet or shared it. with someone else.’
She explained, “That’s what NDAs are for. It’s not like you can never talk about Stephen.’

About her mother, the protective daughter continued, “She ultimately understands that this is family.
“So you all want to disrespect her [while] she’s still kind, she’s still kind, she’s still forgiving, but you have to know that even when Stephen was alive, people who attended our events had to sign non-disclosure agreements.
“But now that it’s my mother who hands over the paper, it’s different and just annoying.”
Weslie also said that the day of the funeral did not go as she and her mother had hoped: “That whole day should have been beautiful, but instead it was less than that.” We went to say goodbye and instead people were shouting at each other and beating up my mother and that’s a day that was taken from her. She doesn’t remember it being the day we all wanted it to be because his family makes it different.”
Elsewhere in the long-winded statement, she shared, “It’s just complicated and without reason. It’s not just a social media gig; this is literally my life. I’m so tired of getting hate comments and seeing my mom get hate because she literally lost the person she loves.”
‘And I have brothers and sisters. This is their dad, this is who they’re going to grow up and they’re going to see all this on social media, it’s so hurtful,” she said of her eight-year-old brother Maddox and five-year-old sister Zaia.
Holker’s This Far memoir was announced in September and has a release date of February 5.
Weslie said in her recording that she was never legally adopted by Boss, but insisted that he “literally raised” her from the age of one.

Holker and Boss, who was known for his DJ appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, married in 2013.
“I understand my relationship with Stephen seems complicated, but this man has raised me my entire life – since I was one,” Weslie told the camera while dressed in an oversized gray hoodie.
‘I have a biological father; I have a relationship with him, but Stephen was the person who raised me. He literally raised me and it’s painful to see so many new stories. It’s so much more complicated and I don’t know how to explain it properly,” the high school student said in her lengthy post.
As a mop of sandy blonde curls fell around her face, she passionately emphasized, “This is my dad, this is no joke to me.” For 13 years my parents were together, and for 13 years he was the person I went everywhere with.
“He’s the person I would cry to. He woke me up every morning, we went to breakfast and he was the person I saw when he came home from work. We lived in the same four walls and now I’m getting hate because he’s leaving – and I don’t understand it. It’s painful.’
Fans have not held back from shaming Allison for choosing to address her late husband’s alleged addiction struggles and the alleged sexual abuse he suffered, which she says she learned from reading of his diaries.
Boss’ family is also preparing to fight back against the upcoming claims about him in her literary publication.

A source close to the situation revealed to DailyMail.com: ‘tWitch’s family is preparing to fight back against Allison after she went public with damning allegations about him.
“The family disapproves of what she said and will speak out about the untruths.”
It was also noted that Stephen’s relatives “didn’t receive an advanced copy of her book” and “have to wait like everyone else for the book to come out.”
“Once the memoir is released, the family plans to release a new statement,” the insider claimed. “They don’t believe she is telling the whole truth, but that she has misled the public.”
The source continued, “The family is excited and won’t sit back much longer, especially after what she did to them.
“They are furious that they were not given an advanced copy, let alone informed of what is in the book.”
It was also said that the family cannot say much because they have been “forced to sign the NDA” following tWitch’s death on December 13, 2022.
