The company said its nationwide expansion plan includes the establishment of standardized warehouses equipped with advanced facilities

Allcargo Group’s logistics arm, Allcargo Supply Chain Private Limited (ASPL), said on Monday it plans to add 3 million square feet of warehousing space over the next two to three years as part of its expansion plan.

The company currently has 6 million square feet of space and plans to begin its initial phase of expansion from the northern and southern regions.

ASPL has warehouses spread across more than 80 locations in India.

The company said its nationwide expansion plan includes the establishment of standardized warehouses equipped with advanced facilities.

These warehouses will serve all sectors, with ASPL’s customer distribution comprising 25 percent from chemicals, 30 percent from e-commerce, 25 percent from automotive and 15 percent from other verticals.

“Our expansion plan is not just about increasing square footage; it’s about strengthening our capabilities to better serve our customers.

“With modern infrastructure and advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), our warehouses will optimize the process of moving and storing goods while meeting all required compliances,” said Sushil Rathi, Director at ASPL.

ASPL has more than 27 multi-user chemical warehouses, serving over 70 companies. It recently set up a high-end chemical storage facility at its facility in Navi Mumbai.
