It will take a while before you encounter the first bot in this level, so continue until you find the chicken and lift the platform out of the ground first.

Eventually, you’ll find a platform with a separate spiral platform on the right, a goop monster above it, and a sand waterfall covering a caged bot. To get up there and save the little guy, you’ll need to jump up, kill the blob monster, pull the lever it was sitting on, and jump down to save the bot.

Go through the level from bot #1, take the spiral platform, defeat the snake and continue your climb. Once you empty the blue hourglass and are through the ceiling, go to the right of the new platform, past the round gray disk with the lever on it. Jump off the side and walk through the sand waterfall here, defeat the two pink enemies. You will end up in a small cave with a bot on the back. Save them.

Just before you lift the huge bridge out of the ground, you’ll find some moving metal boxes in the poison lake on the right. Cross them (destroy them as you go), then boost up when you reach the final platform. You’ll come to another PlayStation bot hanging in the mouth of a golden snake statue. Grab it, then head back to the main path.

From bot #4, once you cross the large stone bridge, destroy both purple snakes. Once they’re gone, the purple lake in the middle of the platform will automatically drain and some grass will grow on the edges. Dig down with your charged melee in the middle where the glowing spot appears and you’ll find a bot waiting for you at the bottom.

Once you’re back outside in the hourglass, boost through the bottom of the spike platform until you reach the next checkpoint. Defeat the enemies and some “gophers” will pop out of holes near the checkpoint. If you look long enough, you’ll see that one of them is actually a generic bot. Free him and move on to the last bot.

The last bot is at the exit, so keep going until you are at the top of the level. Once you see the exit, boost up to the tree on the right. When you are at the top, you will see a bird flying around with the last bot in its grasp. Wait until it gets close, then jump off and hit the bot in mid-air.

All the puzzle pieces in ‘Trapped In Time’

There are three puzzle pieces in “Trapped In Time”. The first is before the level starts, the second is before you go in, and the third is before you go out.

The first puzzle piece in “Trapped In Time” will appear before you even land in the hourglass. As you fly in with your DualSense ship, you’ll pass some coin containers and then a large sand dune to your left. On this sand dune, you’ll see a golden snake with a familiar glow appear as you approach. Hit the snake with your ship and it will release the puzzle piece for you. Fly into the puzzle to grab it.

This part can be quite annoying to get, but luckily you can restart the mission very quickly if you miss it. If you’re really struggling, consider turning off the motion controls to make more precise flying easier.

The second puzzle piece can only be reached after you break the first blue hourglass, drain the liquid, and pop the cork. From that platform, go left and kill the green blob that is under the platform. Pull up the wires to get a flower booster. Use this in combination with your rocket ability to reach the top of the platform where you fought the slime.

At the top you will see a train with enemies and another hourglass. Kill the enemy train and open the hourglass to get the second puzzle piece.

The final puzzle piece is just after you use the flower lever inside the hourglass, which you reach after jumping up past the arrows stuck in the wall. Jump across the platforms until you reach a checkpoint and a glass floor covered in gold. Defeat the enemies, then break through the glass on the right. Jump down and land on one of the platforms. The puzzle piece is in a nearby corner before you jump back up.
