All the times Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton wore strikingly similar outfits
The Princess of Wales and the Duchess of Sussex may not have always agreed, but they clearly share a similar sense of style and have chosen a number of outfits to match over the years.
And they struck again on Saturday, when Kate opened the Eurovision Song Contest in a one-shoulder dress in shades of blue that is strikingly reminiscent of one Meghan wore last year.
In January, two days after Harry’s book Spare came out, Kate was spotted wearing a Holland Cooper forest green and navy tartan coat that was almost identical to the Burberry coat Meghan Markle wore on her 2018 trip to Scotland with Harry.
The pair even wore similar handbags in the same pine green color: Meghan’s Strathberry bag with silver details and Kate’s Mulberry bag with gold details.
Here, MailOnline takes a look at the times when Meghan and Kate looked to each other for inspiration…

At a dinner party with the Duke of Sussex in New York, Meghan wore a bold black and white Gabriela Hearst fitted strapless jumpsuit, which she paired with black stilettos and a plum handbag.

The pair have been seen close up many times over the years, including when they wore a similar tan coat (a staple in many women’s wardrobes).

However, Meghan may have taken inspiration from Kate, who first wore her £1,945 white Alexander McQueen suit on her royal Caribbean tour, which she also paired with white stilettos.
She also wore the suit again at the Commonwealth Games in August last year, pairing it with a white top and belt.
The jewelery is also strikingly similar: The Duchess of Sussex wears a necklace created by designer Sophie Lis, engraved ‘Qu’hier’ after a diamond-encrusted plus sign, and ‘Que Demain’ followed by a ruby minus sign.
(Translated, it refers to a French nickname that says, “I love you more than yesterday, but less than tomorrow.)

Kate’s was significantly cheaper as she wore a £50 cream Zara blazer, black trousers and heels and £550 Kiki Classic Citrine Drop earrings by Kiki McDonough.
