A source told People on Tuesday that the 25-year-old pop superstar and the 32-year-old Oscar nominee have gone their separate ways.
“They are both young and career-oriented, so they have decided to take a break,” the insider said of the formal couple.
The news comes just a year after the A-list couple was first linked.
And while the reasons for their split are still unclear, there were some signs that the relationship between them was on the rocks, including cheating claims and going on hiatus.

In August, a source told People that the couple’s relationship is “on and off.”
A separate insider also told The Sun about the breakup speculation: “Barry acts like an idiot when he’s drunk and Sabrina was becoming increasingly frustrated.”
“He’s always been a party animal and Sabrina was tired of his antics. She’s climbing the charts and putting herself front and center as she gears up for her tour next month.”
In September, it was reported that Sabrina had dumped Barry because of his wild partying and because he acted like an “idiot” when he was drunk.
When asked by Rolling Stone if she calls Barry her boyfriend, she said: ‘How can I avoid this question?’.
‘The [dating] pool is the pool, and when you meet people who feel authentic and are so brilliant and amazing in every way, that’s what you do. Obviously I write songs about exactly how I feel, so I can’t be too surprised that people are interested in who and what those songs are about.’
She concluded, “That comes with the territory.”
However, Barry appeared to squash the split rumors as he continued to ‘like’ her Instagram posts.

While Louis Theroux was great at asking Barry outright whether he was with Sabrina or not, Barry was very reserved with his answer.
Louis asked, “Are we talking about Sabrina or not, are you in a relationship with her or not?”
Barry simply responded, “I am incredibly blessed. She is such a strong, independent lady, extremely talented and special.’
Accusations of cheating

A source told People that the couple has decided to go their separate ways in an effort to focus on their respective careers.
Now, a blind item on gossip site Deuxmoi has claimed that a rift between a rising pop star and her “foreign actor boyfriend” happened because he cheated on her with a “semi-famous TikTok influencer.”
Although the item didn’t mention Barry or Sabrina, fans were quick to claim the piece was about them.
The item read: “Looks like this A-list singer, who is having her breakout year, and her foreign actor boyfriend are done for good.
Following reports of the split, fans of the couple couldn’t contain their feelings, taking to social media to express a mix of sadness and relief over the breakup (Sabrina pictured last month)
