While 2023 was a banner year for video games, with the releases of Baldur's Gate 3, Diablo 4, Final fantasy 16, Starfield, Street fighter 6And The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the year in video games for 2024 already seems like an even match. Big new games like Star Wars Outlaws, Dragon dogma 2, Paper Mario: The Millennial DoorAnd Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth are on the cards, as are major expansions Lot 2, Final fantasy 14And World of Warcraft.
2024 could get even bigger if Nintendo releases its Switch successor, which will reportedly arrive in the second half of the year.
