All Hiddenfolk puzzle solutions and stone ball locations in Hellblade 2
Finding the hidden people in Hellblade 2 is a long process full of puzzles and visions. You’ll begin this part of Senua’s journey shortly after the (long) walk to Fargrimr’s village and your first encounter with Illtauga. Fargrimr will send you to find the Hidden People and earn their favor at the end of Chapter 3, âRaudholarâ (well, âRauĂ°hĂłlarâ).
To solve the puzzles, you must collect stone balls from close range and place them back into the central pillar of the puzzle. However, it’s not as simple as just walking around, and it involves some mind-boggling visuals.

Hiddenfolk Puzzle Solution #1

Leave Fargrimr’s house and follow the path along the cliff. Continue following the path until you come to a depression in the rocks with a short stone pillar in the middle. Come inside to start the puzzle.

Watch the fractal gate open and head left to find a path. A little further on you will find a pedestal at the first one stone ball.

Pick it up and the world will mirror and leave you in a cave. It’s weird, but you just have to walk back the way you came and place the first ball near the central pillar.
Second stone ball location

When you place it, three rings of water-like droplets will appear on the right side. Treat them like a target â stand so that the rings are concentric like a bull’s-eye. If you are in the right place, they will condense into one drop and you can concentrate on them.

Doing this will move the brick blocking your path from the ground to its mirrored version on the ceiling. Walk through and turn right. Follow the path to the second stone ball. Bring it back to the center to open the gate.

A short walk later you come to another chasm and another short pillar. You may even see the first stone ball before you see the central pedestal(s).

Once you reach the puzzle, go right. Follow the path up and to the left to find the first stone ball. The world will mirror again. Walk it to the center and place it. If you do that, more water droplets will appear.
Second stone ball location

Go back to where the first stone ball was. There will be some water rings on your left. Line them up and concentrate on moving a bridge from the ceiling to the floor.

Walk back to the platform where you found the first stone ball. This time you can cross the bridge you just moved.

At the end, use the water rings on your right to move the second stone ball to the ground. You won’t be able to reach it yet.
Return to the floor and use the first set of rings to move the bridge back to the ceiling. Now you can go through the hole and turn left to find the second stone ball.
Third stone ball location

The third ball goes to the left side of the fence. You can even see the stone ball on its pedestal, but you can’t reach it. Use the rings on that side to flip the two ledges, causing the stone ball to move toward the ceiling but leaving a climbable ledge falling.

Climb up the edge and focus on the water again to drop the third stone ball. Focus on the water again to regain the edge. Drop down and place the third stone ball to unlock the gate.

Some more walking and a quick crawl through a cave brings you to a mirror-like lake. Here you will find the third Hiddenfolk puzzle.
Location of the first stone ball

As you approach the lake, you will see the first stone ball on the left. At the same time, on the left side you can see the main pedestal. Grab the stone ball to turn the world over and deliver the first ball.
Second stone ball location

When you place the first stone ball, more water drop rings will appear. Use the rings directly in front of you to flip down a second stone sphere. Turn right and find a path to the second stone sphere. Grab it and bring it back to the center.
Third stone ball location
Before you go too far, turn the water rings you just used one more time. There is another pedestal on the other side that you need to get to.

Return to where you started the puzzle. There will be a ledge you can climb up to your left. Jump up and then turn around to find more water rings. Use them to create a path going down on the left.

Turn around and move away from the rings. There is a ledge on the right that will lead you back to the path you just turned around. At the end you use the rings to clear a large piece of rock out of the way, but…

You’ll be attacked by Draugar before you can do much else. Deal with the four that attack you, and you can continue.

Return to the ground floor and use the water rings to (re)turn the path you just used. Move away from the central pillars and find the end of the path you just created. Go right, duck under the rock you turned around earlier and follow the path back to the third stone ball. There is a ledge next to it so you can drop down and complete the puzzle.
