Alison Hammond shows off her incredible 11-stone weight loss in a fitted dress after insisting she didn’t use Ozempic to slim down

Alison Hammond showed off her slimmed-down physique in a figure-hugging midi dress as she attended the press night for the Robin Hood pantomime at the London Palladium on Thursday.

The This Morning presenter, 49, looked sensational as she posed outside the venue in a leopard print dress with black panels that accentuated her waist.

She paired the garment with a pair of black and brown sneakers and accessorized with gold hoop earrings.

Alison has spoken openly about her impressive weight loss in recent days, revealing that the key to her success was simply cutting out sweets, fatty foods and working out with a personal trainer.

She admitted that slimming injections were not for her, she said Good housekeeping UK: ‘I think it’s a good thing for people who have to use them, but for me, whenever I hear a scare story, I get scared.

“So I didn’t want to use them, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t do so in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did.”

She added: ‘My mum had type 2 diabetes and she was worried about me, so when I found out I was pre-diabetic it was scary.

“I thought, ‘I have to be an adult about this.’ The snacking had to stop – and the fatty foods.

‘I see my personal trainer twice a week and I have a few weights in my bedroom. I walk, I stretch and sometimes I do a little yoga.’

Amid her body transformation, the broadcaster opted earlier this year to sell her old size 26 dress for a charity in memory of her late mother, who passed away from liver cancer in 2020.

The star has been open about her weight problems over the years, previously admitting she was ‘so ashamed’ of her weight when she weighed more than 20 stone. She joined Weight Watchers in 2019 to focus on her health.

Alison admits she is harassed about her size every day, but refuses to slim down for others as she likes to take up ‘a little extra space in the world’.

Speaking to Lorraine Kelly and her daughter Rosie Smith about the What If? podcast, Alison said she will try to eat healthier to avoid knee pain, but added: “We’re all going to die eventually.”

She promised in the candid conversation that she would live her life “to the fullest” and promised that she would live an “amazing life.”

Alison, who is loved for her sunny disposition, said she wanted to prioritize her health and wellbeing whilst juggling her on-the-go lifestyle.

She said: ‘I want my journey to empower others to think about making lifestyle changes to become the best versions of themselves.’

Alison, who replaced Matt Lucas as co-host of The Great British Bake Off in 2023, previously explained how she now has a strict rule when tasting cakes after being hit with a stone during filming.

The TV presenter originally said she only wanted to join the show ‘for the cake’, but now she realizes she has to cut back on the tasty treats.

Alison has decided to limit herself to tasting only the winners’ creations and the bakes awarded with Paul Hollywood’s famous handshakes.

She told me Off Menu podcast: ‘I’ve just started filming Bake Off. I’ve never seen the tent so cold. It was freezing, absolutely freezing. I had my thermals on under my dress.

“But I love that show because of the cake. People don’t realize that I’m literally there for the cake. After every bake you can taste every bake and last year I put a stone on it.

‘It took me a year to remove that stone.

“So now I only eat if they get a handshake or the winner of a section. But everything else sorry, I’m not going there. As soon as it comes into my mouth I swallow it, I love it.”
