Alison has been hosting This Morning alongside Dermot O’Leary while Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby are off for Christmas.

Alison previously admitted she was “so embarrassed” about her weight when she was over 50lbs, and she joined Weight Watchers in 2019 to focus on her health.

The reality TV star recently admitted to being trolled daily about her size, but refuses to lose weight for others because she likes to take up “a little extra space in the world.”
Speaking with Lorraine Kelly and her daughter Rosie Smith on What If? podcast, Alison said that she will try to eat healthier to avoid knee pain, but she added that “we are all going to die eventually.”
She vowed to live her life “to the fullest” and vowed that she was going to have a “wonderful life” in the candid chat.

Alison said: “I take a little extra space in the world and I don’t think I’m hurting anybody.”

Alison, who is loved for her cheerful disposition, said she wanted to prioritize her health and wellness while juggling her on-the-go lifestyle.
She said: ‘My WW journey is focused on being healthier for myself. I feel bad when I don’t eat well or exercise and WW helps me with what I eat and do.
‘I know I will also lose weight by following the WW program, but that’s not all for me.
“I want my journey to empower others to think about making lifestyle changes to become the best version of themselves.”
She continued: ‘It’s been 17 years since I started working in television, and I’m busier than ever, especially juggling my duties as a mother.
‘WW is the only program that works for me, with the online WW Trainer available to assist you whenever you need it, 24 hours a day.’
