Alison Hammond looked stunning as she showed off her slimmed-down body in a workout video she shared to Instagram on Tuesday.
The 49-year-old TV personality showed off her new body in a video that saw her lifting and lowering a weight, encouraged by her personal trainer.
She reposted her coach’s video to her Stories, wearing a stylish blue-and-orange gym set with a quirky line pattern.
Alison showed up for her workout in a cheerful mood, accessorizing with orange sunglasses and a NY snapback cap.
The trainer wrote with the fragment: ‘The queen in the house’.

Her clip comes just days after Alison looked sensational on Friday’s episode of This Morning, where the presenter continued to show off her incredible weight loss.
She dazzled in a black and white floral button-down dress and gold strappy sandals as she presented the ITV programme alongside co-host Dermot O’Leary.
Alison was radiant as she chose to accessorize with gold bracelets, rings, and earrings. She had radiant makeup on her face and her hair was curled.
And the presenter looked absolutely stunning all week, having worn a range of chic outfits including gorgeous dresses, colourful tops and figure-hugging black jeans.
During her body transformation, the presenter decided to sell her old size 26 clothing to charity earlier this year, in memory of her late mother, who passed away from liver cancer in 2020.
Alison, who replaced Matt Lucas as co-host of The Great British Bake Off in 2023, previously explained that she now has a strict rule about tasting cakes after gaining a stone during filming.
The TV presenter initially said she was only taking part in the programme ‘for the cake’, but now realises she has to give up the treats.

Alison has decided to set herself a limit: only the winners’ creations and the bakes that have received Paul Hollywood’s famous handshakes may be tasted.
She told the Outside Menu podcast: ‘I’ve just started filming Bake Off. I’ve never seen the tent so cold. It was freezing, really freezing. I had my thermals on under my dress.
“But I love that show for the cake. People don’t realize that I’m literally there for the cake. After every bake, you get to taste every bake, and last year I put a stone on it.
It took me a year to get that stone off.
“So now I only eat when they get a handshake or the winner of a section. But everything else, sorry, I don’t go there. Once it’s in my mouth, I swallow it – I love it.”
