Alice Evans looks strained in first sighting since she was kicked out of court for taking photos of ex-husband Ioan Gruffudd in child support hearing
Alice Evans looked tense as she was seen for the first time since being thrown out of court during her child support hearing.
The 56-year-old actress was temporarily suspended from her duties on Monday after she allegedly took photos of her ex Ioan Gruffudd in court.
And the next day, Evans was spotted running errands in Los Angeles.
The mother of two looked casual in a black cardigan and leggings, paired with a blouse and scarf. She also carried a large brown handbag.
She completed her look with sunglasses and black sandals.

Evans, 56, caused a stir after he took photos of Ioan Gruffudd, 50, (pictured) in court during Monday’s child support hearing.
Evans revealed on Instagram that day why she had taken a photo of her ex-husband, claiming that she had seen him talking to a legal blogger before the incident, whom she calls a “mega troll.”
The 102 Dalmatians actress caused a stir after she took illegal photos of Gruffudd in court on Monday, even barring her from walking through the Los Angeles Superior Courtroom.
A court officer ordered her out of the room and stood over her head as she removed the documents before allowing her back in.
It can now be revealed that Evans was inspired to commit her actions after seeing Gruffudd chatting to legal blogger Andrea Burkhart.
Burkhart has posted a number of critical tweets and made several YouTube videos about the Evans-Gruffudd divorce case.
Ms. Burkhart posted a photo of herself outside the courthouse before the hearing began on X. She wrote: “Well this road trip was super fun but now it’s time to see how ‘abjectly poor’ Alice Evans does in court today.”
Ms Evans reposted her message on Instagram, writing: ‘Watch out for this mega troll. She is insane.’
She added: ‘Oh my god, I’m in court and I’ve just been told there’s a stalker in the room. This is unbelievable.’

Evans says her actions were prompted after she saw Gruffudd chatting with legal blogger Andrea Burkhart, who announced she would be attending the proceedings on X, formerly Twitter.
A few hours later she wrote: ‘I NOTICED something VERY interesting that I tried to take a picture of. An interaction with someone else in the courtroom.’
She added: ‘She’s obsessed. Creepy shit. She’s also really good friends with someone else in this case, which I was absolutely flabbergasted to see. Wow.’
Evans, who is banned from posting about Gruffudd or his girlfriend due to a restraining order, continued: ‘I didn’t just take a picture of her.
‘I was VERY curious about who she was sitting behind and she seemed very friendly to her, not exactly a nice look when you’re being so friendly to someone who has a reputation for being a giant troll.
“It’s one thing to be linked to the Tattlers… but this one?”
She later wrote: ‘I wasn’t taking a picture of Ioan. I was trying to take a picture of the stalker!’
Burkhart is a licensed criminal defense attorney in Washington. She has 83,000 followers on her YouTube channel, where she discusses a variety of issues, including her thoughts on Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s 2022 trial. She has previously claimed that Depp was a “hero” for exposing the abuse he suffered at the hands of Ms. Heard.
She has openly expressed her disdain for Alice Evans, claiming she is lying about her financial situation.
The couple are still working to resolve their child support issues for their two daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11 (pictured in 2018) in court
Evans recently said on Instagram that she had received more than 250,000 troll comments on the website Tattle Life.
The drama unfolded as the feuding exes sat across from each other in the courtroom, with Evans occasionally making icy faces at her ex, who simply stared into space as they waited for a hearing to begin on child support payments for their two young daughters.
On Monday it was reported that Ms Evans walked around the courtroom and began taking close-up photos of her ex as he looked on in disbelief.
A Los Angeles County deputy quickly approached the British-American actress and told her to remove the photos.
“Stop that. Remove that. I’m not asking you…I’m telling you,” the officer ordered her sternly.
He told her to leave the courtroom before he faced the nervous-looking Evans, while she followed his instructions to delete all the photographs she had taken.
Eventually, the officer let her back into the courtroom, but a few minutes later, when he saw her openly holding her phone, he ordered her back outside to make sure she hadn’t taken any more photos and warned her again not to do so.
This happened while the war between the former couple has been going on for three years. The expected court showdown between the two has been postponed to February 13.
The hearing will decide how much spousal support Gruffudd must pay and how much maintenance must be paid to Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11.
At the hearing, Gruffudd plans to call his 32-year-old fiancée Bianca Wallace as a witness.
On Monday, Judge Stinn heard that both parties had reached an agreement which stated that Gruffudd would pay $3,000 a month in temporary child support and $1,500 a month in temporary spousal support until the February hearing.
Last month it was revealed that Gruffudd had called his fiancée Bianca Wallace to testify in court (pictured together)
