Alex Scott has revealed she likes being ‘more vulnerable’ in her relationship with girlfriend Jess Glynne.

The ex-footballer, 39, spoke in a candid interview with Women’s Health Britain on Tuesday where she lifted the lid on her bond with singer Jess, 34.

She stunned in shots while wearing a black bodysuit and talked about how much she enjoyed being with the star.

Alex said: ‘I’m in this bubble at the moment… I’m more open to acceptance and being vulnerable and I’m definitely enjoying this phase.

‘I enjoy saying, OK, I’m just going to get on with this. I think I was very stuck before. All those walls have fallen.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Alex emphasized that despicable racist and misogynistic abuse from cruel trolls pushed her to “continue to do her work at a level that haters cannot tolerate.”

She described it as “a bit of ammunition to go ahead and celebrate because you’re targeting people the wrong way.”

The former lioness, who is preparing to host the 2024 European Championships in June, said: “I continue to flourish, I continue to kill you with my kindness and do my job at a level that you cannot tolerate.”

It comes after Jess revealed their high-profile relationship has attracted nothing but “super positive” attention.

The hitmaker, who went Instagram official with the football presenter at Christmas last year, said she ‘didn’t know what to expect’ when they met.

Having always kept previous relationships ‘very private’, she happily revealed that the couple have ‘received no negativity at all’.

“We both give so much into what we do that coming home to your friends, your family, your partner, that’s the ‘you’ time. I never want to shortchange that.’
