Alex Scott exhibits her toned physique in a skimpy floral bikini while enjoying outdoor shower

Alex Scott sent temperatures soaring as she shared a sizzling photo dump from her getaway to the £1,475 per week Juicy Master Retreat in Portugal.

The presenter, 37, exhibited her toned physique in a black bikini with floral prints as she enjoyed an outdoor shower while wearing sunglasses, in the first shot posted on Saturday. 

Changing into an eye-popping orange two-piece, she posed for the camera against an idyllic mountain-lined backdrop before snapping a mirror selfie. 

She was soon joined by Carol Vorderman, 61, as they flashed peace signs while sitting on a bench press at the resort’s gym.

In her caption, Alex wrote: ‘Took some time to cool off. Another magical stay at @jasonvale @juicemasterretreats and it really is an escape, reset & recharge all in one.

‘Tested out the new SuperPods this time for Jason and I bloody loved it.’

Juicy Master Retreat’s founder Jason Vale, who has sold six million books, promises for ‘an environment that would truly nourish mind, body and spirit, and take people on a journey that would inspire and relax in equal measures’. 

Carol demonstrated how she got her killer physique as she was pictured pumping weights in a video shared by her gym buddy Alex in an earlier Instagram Story.

The clip saw the former Countdown host doing a number of dumbbell bench presses before she’s then seen doing a spot of suspension training.

And Carol looked fighting fit as she worked up a sweat in the gym, with sports presenter Alex on hand to give her encouragement.

The video saw Alex, who sent pulses racing in a black crop top and orange shorts, ask where her her ‘gym buddy was’.

The clip then cut to Carol laying on a bench and pumping weights, with Alex remarking: ‘Here she is!’

As Alex finished up her workout, she took to filming Carol giving her all in training as she trust her arms into the air.

The star is then seen beaming for joy as she works her arms once again on the suspension trainer. 

Sharing the same video on her own Instagram story, Carol penned: ‘Thursday morning….she was looking for me….my gym bud @alexscott2 found me eventually on the @trx_uk

‘She definitely pumps bigger weights than I do and is a gazillion times fitter than I have ever been….but what a star she is…..getting me round the circuit.

‘Go Alex…..and thanks for all the things you and the other girls promote…. not just for sport but for all women. I love this generation and all the things you do.’
