Alex Khadavi, controversial celebrity plastic surgeon, dies aged 50 after battle with stage four liver cancer

Famed plastic surgeon Alex Khadavi has died at the age of 50 after a battle with stage four liver cancer.
Khadavi’s colleagues and friends announced his death today on his Instagram page with a tribute that read “forever remembered.”

Khadavi — who had more than 107,000 Instagram followers — worked at Dermatology & Laser Medical Center, which has locations in the famed enclaves of Encino and Thousand Oaks.
The 50-year-old was originally from Tehran and moved to America as a child in 1979.

Khadavi’s list of famous fans included the Kardashians, some of whom promoted his hand creams on QVC and social media.
Although he was loved by some in Hollywood, he got into trouble with others.
Real estate brothers Josh and Matt Altman of Million Dollar Listing accused Khadavi of aggressive anti-Semitism, claiming he told them he “hated all Jews.”
The plastic surgeon also filed for bankruptcy last year after going over his burden on a dream home.
“I dreamed too big,” he said at the time.
