The 47-year-old TV presenter and co-host of BBC programme The One Show looked stunning as she shared a series of snaps from her last-minute trip to the French island of Corsica.
She looked stunning as she flashed a smile for her selfie, which she shared alongside photos of her three children and Charlie exploring the area.
Alex and the insurance broker, who have been married for nine years, have sons Teddy, seven, Kit, five, and daughter Annie, three.
In the adorable album, she gave a glimpse into their travels, seeing the family playing on the local beach, exploring the villages and enjoying time by the pool.

Posting the snaps to her 370,000 followers, she wrote: ‘Back to work today after an amazing holiday in Corsica. It was all a bit last minute but we decided to go somewhere different and it seemed a lot cheaper than other options in the Mediterranean.
‘We booked a house through @vrbo in the south near Porto Vecchio (a beautiful harbour) as I had read about the amazing beaches there and they did not disappoint. They were the most beautiful shade of turquoise with white sand and were perfect for young children. Ted snorkelled for hours and couldn’t believe the sea life.
‘The biggest surprise was the breathtaking mountains where we swam in beautiful natural pools. They also have beautiful restaurants right on top of the mountain in a village called Zonza.
‘There are loads of opportunities for walking and mountain biking but we’ll have to wait until our 3 are a bit older for that. The kids all loved a place called Tyroliana which is a climbing paradise for all levels and in such beautiful surroundings.
‘The island, which is just a little further south than France and directly opposite Sardinia, is the perfect mix of French and Italian, so the food and produce was delicious. If you like seeing lots of other Brits on your holiday, this isn’t for you – we only saw one other British family and most of the menus etc are French, but we love getting involved in the culture.
‘It’s a lot wilder than places like Mallorca (which I also love) but unspoilt and breathtaking. No wonder it’s called the Isle of Beauty. We’re already thinking about going back next year.’
The holiday snaps came just weeks after she shared a photo of a rare public moment with Charlie after they finally left London and moved into their new home.
Alex posted a photo on Instagram of herself sharing a kiss with her partner outside their new home, with a glass of wine to celebrate their new milestone.

Alex, who has been a regular presenter on The One Show since 2010, admitted it was an “emotional” time for her as she prepared to leave her former home of 11 years.
Alex had her brown hair tied back and wore a striped cardigan and red sunglasses, while Charlie had opted for a dark polo shirt and black sunglasses.
The couple exchanged a sweet kiss as they celebrated finding their dream home.

In the caption, Alex wrote: ‘We made it and are absolutely thrilled with the new home. Thank you so much for all the support over the past few weeks. We are living in complete chaos, of course, but it already feels like home.
‘It was a big decision to leave West London, where we had been very happy for 14 years, but we wanted the children to have the space to play outside and grow up in nature. It took almost 4 years to find ‘the one’.
‘Somewhere the kids could enjoy nature but still close enough to London for me to get to work which we did. It feels like she was waiting for us to find her. We feel so lucky ‘
