Hilaria Baldwin shared a photo of herself sleeping with daughter Ilaria on Friday taken by husband Alec – as the actor waits to see if he will be charged in the death of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
The yoga instructor, 38, praised her 64-year-old husband for capturing the candid moment, which revealed she slept with her one-month-old snuggled inside her.
She wrote: ‘My husband takes pictures of us when we sleep… I always had to roll my eyes.

Hilaria limited comments on the post following a recent response online after Alec paid tribute to Hutchins on the one-year anniversary of her shooting.
The couple have seven children, with Alec fathering daughter Ireland Baldwin, 27, from his marriage to Kim Basinger.
The news comes after it emerged that the Santa Fe prosecutor charged with indicting the fatal shooting on the set of Hutchins has received the sheriff’s report and is now preparing to make a decision about who should be prosecuted. .
Alec was holding the gun when it fired at Hutchins last October 21. He insists he didn’t pull the trigger.

Police have been closely investigating the incident for a year. Now they have handed over their final report to District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies.
In a statement this afternoon, her office said: “The prosecutor and her team of investigators and prosecutors will now begin a thorough review of the information and evidence to make an informed, timely decision about whether or not to press charges.
“As with all cases the prosecutor hears, her focus will be on maintaining the integrity of the trial, enforcing the laws of the state of New Mexico, and pursuing justice.”
She previously warned that Baldwin may be on the hook for charges and warned, “No one is above the law.”

Baldwin, who is in Vermont with his family, has not commented.
He was eviscerated last week for posting a tribute to Hutchins on Instagram on the anniversary of her death.
Baldwin shared a photo of her behind the camera and captioned the image: “A year ago today.”
The investigation into Hutchins’ death took a whole year.
During that time, several lawsuits were filed in civil court, including one filed by Hutchins’ widower, against Baldwin and the rest of the production.
He sued them for wrongful death, but they settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.
Matthew will now be a producer on the film once production resumes.
Baldwin is not the only person in the frame.

On the anniversary of Hutchins’ death last week, the DA warned everyone involved.
“On the anniversary of the tragedy on the Rust movie set in Santa Fe County, District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altweis remains committed to bringing justice to the victims and getting answers for the community.
“Once the District Attorney has received the full report from the Santa Fe County Sheriff, she and her team of professional attorneys and investigators will thoroughly review all of the evidence and make an informed decision about whether or not to press charges against those involved.” .
“No one is above the law and every victim deserves justice,” she warned.
