Alec Baldwin attended a poker night with his wife last night after criminal charges were reportedly filed against him.

The 64-year-old actor was officially charged Tuesday with manslaughter for fatally shooting Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film Rust in October 2021.

Just hours later, Baldwin and his wife Hilaria visited the Zero Bond private club in New York City, an exclusive venue in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan.

‘Alec seemed calm and low-key’ PEOPLE Magazine quoted a source as saying.

“They didn’t get engaged to anyone, but headed straight to where everyone is playing poker,” the source added, explaining that an area in the back of the twenty-thousand-square-foot private members’ club is only available to guests who they play poker.

“After spending around 30 to 40 minutes in the back poker area, Alec and Hilaria returned and sat down in the lounge” where the pair “chatted,” the source told the mag.

Tuesday afternoon, foxnews obtained photographs of Baldwin outside of Zero Bond.

In them, he is seen wearing a blue puffer jacket keeping his head down and carrying his phone to the side as he walks through the club’s red door.

On its website, Zero Bond says that the club maintains a rigorous process regarding the selection of members, and only those who “display a high level of integrity” and demonstrate that they can contribute to the private community are accepted as members.

“While we don’t discriminate based on race, socioeconomic status or profession, we are very particular when it comes to character,” the club’s website says.

“Upon submitting a formal application, the membership committee will review and make a decision on acceptance after taking into account all aspects of the person’s character.”

Once a would-be member is accepted into the club, they must pay an initiation fee and an annual fee that is different depending on the person’s age.

Prosecutors indicted Baldwin and film set weapons supervisor Hannah Gutierrez-Reed on Tuesday for the fatal shooting of cinematographer Hutchins on the New Mexico film set.

Hutchins died shortly after being wounded during rehearsals at a ranch outside Santa Fe on October 21, 2021. Baldwin was pointing a gun at Hutchins when it went off, killing her and wounding the director, Joel Souza.

In the documents, prosecutors claimed the actor was “distracted” during firearms training and admitted to officers shortly after the incident that he had fired the weapon — something he would later vehemently deny.

They say reckless security lapses accompanied the film’s production from the start.

The documents cite the fact that Baldwin, as an actor, failed to report to required firearms training prior to filming and his decision as a producer to work with Gutierrez-Reed, who was an uncertified and unexperienced gunsmith.

A probable cause statement from investigators traces security breaches over a 10-day period from set failures and a camera crew strike to the moments before Hutchins’ death when a revolver was loaded with ammunition and Baldwin’s finger stopped on the trigger of the gun.

Among the documents filed with the court Tuesday is a 10-page probable cause affidavit (pictured) that describes Baldwin putting his finger “into the trigger guard and on the trigger” on the day of the shooting, and moments before for the gun to fire. off

Gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez-Reed has also been charged with manslaughter

Halyna Hutchins, 42, was shot to death on the set of the movie ‘Rust’ on October 21.

“Baldwin’s deviation from known standards, practices and protocols directly caused Hutchins’ fatal death,” Robert Shilling, special investigator for the Santa Fe district attorney’s office, said in the probable cause statement.

Baldwin’s attorney, Luke Nikas, declined to comment Tuesday, referring to an earlier statement calling the charges a “terrible miscarriage” that he and his client would fight and win.

‘Mister. Baldwin had no reason to believe that there was a live bullet in the gun, or in any part of the film set,” the statement said. “He trusted the professionals he worked with.”

Gutierrez-Reed’s attorney said he would release a statement later.

A manslaughter charge can be filed for a murder that occurs while the defendant is doing something lawful but dangerous and is acting recklessly or recklessly.

Baldwin and Gutierrez-Reed maintain their innocence and have vowed to fight the charges.

Baldiwn has repeatedly stated that he never pulled the trigger and said it was a tragic accident, emphasizing that he trusted hired firearms experts to be on set. If he is found guilty, he faces up to five years in prison.
