Alec Baldwin heads out early to pick up some fresh coffee at La Colombe in New York City

After touring the streets of New York City to go trick-or-treating with his family, Alec Baldwin spent his first morning of November getting some coffee.

The 64-year-old actor was spotted leaving the La Colombe coffee shop in New York City early Tuesday morning.

The outing comes just hours after his wife Hilaria Baldwin and their kids joined him for a night of trick-or-treating.

Baldwin got out wearing a black, short-sleeved polo shirt, a silver watch, and a black bracelet on his left wrist.

In his right hand he held his telephone and in his left hand a coffee and a bag from La Colombe.

The actor completed his look with gray pants and black dress shoes for his early morning coffee.

He was seen getting back to his black SUV on the early morning drive before returning to his home.

The actor was spotted on Halloween night taking five of his ‘Baldwinito’s’ trick-or-treating, with four of the older kids in different costumes.

Alec and Hilaria share seven children, their last, daughter Ilaria, who was welcomed in late September.

When asked about the possibility of having an eighth child, Hilaria did not quite give the definitive answer.

‘I should have said sooner’ [that I’m] definitely done,” she revealed in an interview with US Weekly.

“Seven kids inside, I feel like I am, but it’s Alec and I – so time will tell!” she revealed.

Baldwin is still waiting to see if he faces criminal charges for the tragic death of cameraman Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust last October.

The investigation has lasted a little over a year, although the final report has been handed over to District Attorney Mary Carmack Altwies.

“The District Attorney and her team of investigators and prosecutors will now begin a thorough review of the information and evidence to make an informed, timely decision about whether or not to press charges.

“As with all cases the prosecutor hears, her focus will be on maintaining the integrity of the trial, enforcing the laws of the state of New Mexico and pursuing justice,” the statement said.
