The ten most hyped and talked about Aldi Australia products of 2023 have been named ahead of the annual People’s Picks Awards – and they’re all about cheap and cheerful dinners and quick desserts.
The ten purchases, named under the “Socialite” category, have stolen the hearts of the entire country and are often posted all over social media feeds.
These include butterfly chicken, drooling spanakopita, and gozleme—with “fakeaway” treats that are a big hit with shoppers.
Aldi Australia’s Shopping Expert, Kylie Warnke, agrees, saying counterfeit meals are her personal favourite, as they are so quick to prepare and cheaper than eating out.
“I’m also always learning new ways to enjoy it through recipes on social media. The People’s Picks is a fantastic way to share all your favorite products and get to know other customers’ best kept secrets as well,” Kylie told FEMAIL.

From August 30, customers can vote for their most coveted Aldi products choose from a shortlist of 80 products across eight categories.
