Ajay wore her blonde locks in a messy bun and added her glasses to complete her chic outfit.
Besides running errands, the TV presenter was also spotted having a lively conversation with someone on the street.
Ajay was born in Sydney and rose to fame as the presenter of the reality weight loss television series, The Biggest Loser Australia, from 2006 to 2009.
She has since moved to the United States and lives in Los Angeles, where she works as a casting director.
Her latest outing comes after Ajay detailed her use of the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic after struggling with her weight for years.

Ozempic is a diabetes medication that is sold privately for weight loss. Celebrities including Sharon Osbourne and Amy Schumer have admitted to using the drug.
In an interview with 7NEWS Spotlight in April, Ajay opened up about her heartbreaking struggle with her weight, claiming that Ozempic has changed her life.
“This drug has completely changed my life. It’s not a trick. It’s not cheating. It’s medicine,” she said.
“It was like I was a prisoner in my body… Let the magic happen. I have a disease, like I didn’t want to die from obesity.”
She recalls feeling under immense pressure to look a certain way during her time as a host on The Biggest Loser, which led to unhealthy eating habits.

“The pressure to lose those extra pounds was huge. When I was hosting Biggest Loser, I was a light 150 pounds and I wasn’t eating, I wasn’t eating,” she explained.
‘I was an emaciated doll who apparently still wasn’t thin enough.’
She heartbreakingly told how she was often publicly humiliated because of her weight and how she once had a milkshake thrown at her head on the street.
“I mean, people have thrown things at me in the street, like one time in Sydney, a milkshake was thrown at me. The guys were like, ‘Yeah, you fat pig.’ And then they threw a milkshake at me as they drove past,” she explained.
In April, Ajay (pictured in 2007 with Michelle Bridges) recalled feeling pressured to look a certain way during her time as the host of The Biggest Loser from 2006 to 2009.
