Air Canada flight from Morocco is CANCELED over flight attendant’s crazed meltdown at passenger’s ‘very reasonable request’

An Air Canada flight from Morocco to Montreal has reportedly been cancelled due to a flight attendant’s response to a passenger who asked for a blanket.

Footage from Air Canada Flight AC73 has gone viral showing the altercation between the airline employee and the female passenger who asked for the blanket, reports CTV News.

The flight attendant allegedly attempted to remove the passenger from the plane and threatened to call police, before other passengers threatened to get off the plane in solidarity.

The airline employee says, “You behave or we’re getting off!” and “I’ll tell the captain right away. Yes or no?”

When passengers ask her to call the captain, the flight attendant says, “I don’t want any harassment from my crew.”

A video was shared online, but by the time the camera started rolling, the flight attendant was already yelling at the passenger.

It is still unclear what happened beforehand and the female passenger who asked for the blanket has not yet been identified and has not come forward.

Air Canada told CTV News the flight was scheduled to depart from Casablanca to Montreal on Saturday with a different crew.

An airline spokesman said: ‘We take this incident very seriously. It is being investigated and we will take appropriate action.

Meanwhile, a United Airlines flight headed to Boston was diverted Sunday after both passengers and crew members began vomiting due to a biohazard incident involving a passenger, forcing them to make an emergency landing in the nation’s capital.

United Airlines Flight 2477 departed Houston at 9:39 a.m. CT on Sunday for Boston but had to be rerouted after a customer fell ill, the airline told DailyMail.com.

The plane, a Boeing 737-800, was diverted to Washington Dulles International Airport, landing there at 1:36 p.m. ET, FlightAware said.
