Wild details have emerged about the arrest of a prominent member of the Alameddine crime gang.
Ahmad Alameddine was arrested on Tuesday while the police carried out an assault search of a home in South Coogee on an unrelated matter.
Police have said Alameddine had an intimate act with a woman when police began the raid just before 9am on Tuesday.
Alameddine’s partner, Jade Heffer, is currently on remand after being charged with obstruction and multiple weapons charges.

In a statement, NSW Police said officers were visiting a unit in connection with another investigation when Alameddine jumped from a window.
NewsWire understands that Alameddine reportedly fled wearing only a T-shirt and jumped over a nearby fence as police gave chase, only to be lost by officers just moments after the chase began.
He was last seen by officers running around South Coogee without pants as detectives searched the unit.
After executing the search warrant, officers pretended to leave while keeping watch in case Alameddine returned to the unit.
The 33-year-old man returned that afternoon before reportedly trying to escape again.
After a second, brief chase, Alameddine was arrested near Gumara Street around 2:00 PM on four outstanding warrants.
Alameddine was charged with four outstanding warrants for serious firearms-related offenses and one drug-related offense.
He was also charged with five additional counts, including acquiring a banned gun, carrying a firearm in a manner likely to cause injury to persons/property, acquiring banned ammunition, obstructing /to resist a police officer in the performance of his duty. , and entering included land not prescribed without lawful excuse.

He was taken to Maroubra police station before being taken to a hospital under police guard for treatment of a foot injury.
Alameddine faces Waverley Court on Wednesday.
The arrest marks the end of a month-long police search for Alameddine, who was reportedly on the run from police in western Sydney.
Alameddine was reported to have been hiding in the suburbs of southwest Sydney after the Raptor police raid.
He is wanted by officers for multiple alleged crimes, including allegations that he dumped two guns at a neighboring property in June.
Alameddine’s partner, Jade Heffer, was charged with obstruction and multiple weapons charges and remains on remand.
Police allege that Ms Heffer and Alameddine’s sister, Susan, aided Alameddine in his alleged escape from police in August.
