Kamala Harris sits down with CNN today for her first interview since becoming president Joe Biden has abandoned his re-election bid.
The Democratic presidential candidate will be joined in Savannah, Georgia, by her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, in an interview with CNN host Dana Bash.
The interview will air Thursday at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
Harris’ lack of access has become one of the main attacks Republicans have leveled against her as she rises to the top of the Democratic ticket following Biden’s July 21 announcement.
